this is probably a stupid question but, Time off = time on + PCT,when does that start

The general rule for how long you should wait to run another cycle is time on + PCT = time off, but my question is when does the "time off" start ? Is it after you finish the cycle of after you finish the PCT ?

month 1 : cycle
month 2 : PCT
month 3 : off
month 4 : Ready to start a new cycle ?

4 week cycle + 4 week pct = 8 weeks of time off, next cycle can be run the start of week 9 of time off

the more time between the better though, most ppl go about 3 months before their next cycle

f*ck mate, it is 1 more week. You dont need steroids to survive so just wait. You rush into cycles and stuff and you not gonna get the full effect and will have a bad cycle and not make as good gains.
