Do you gear or use PH's?
No bro, just natural, i was using tribulus but stopped cos it made me break out on my back, and u do use E/C/A... But bro ive been like this since 1998, im 31 years old. And in 5 years ive probably ever had 5 cheat meals...

Great work man. I see by reading this that fitness, nutrition, and training are not a hobby to you but a lifestyle. Keep it up man.

Thanks bro... Anyone can do it, just got to put in that extra work and make some sacrifices with food.. I never crave junk food. I actually crave the food i eat even if it is tasteless and dry, no one else likes it when i cook, but thats a good thing cos then all the protien is for me

:D :D

You`re looking great.
Does your buddy in the background have a stomachache or is he just trying to hide his gut?

thats great man. obviously it takes work and dedication however i think a lot of people overanalyze how to get/stay fit, whatever their goals might be. im sure theres a hand full of people out there, wondering why they cant lose weight, or get big but not eating well and/or enough, only focusing on 1 or 2 aspects of overall health, neglecting nutrition, rest etc. Sage

Well i have my buddy here in the U.S, im staying at his place(im from Australia but here on vacation), anyway ive been trying to help him out, i mean he has improved and he actually asked me to send a post in about some cycle he wants to do. He's hellsent about hitting a cycle and im trying to convince him not to.. Anyways i keep track of everything i eat i write it down with the amount of calories, even if i eat 1 strawberry i will write it down. Anyways so he said that he wanted to start doing that aswell, so i started him off yesterday, ive got him on a good diet. Well what does he do, he eats without telling me so i dont write down his cals, its like hello im trying to help you out here.. Then he turns and says what even if i eat a bannana i gotta write it down and i said yes.. He is killing me slowly, i cant wait till after the arnold classic to get the **** out of Cleveland... Sorry for my bitching guys, but ive taken as much as i can and i cant handle him anymore... He even makes noises when he eats.. I can go on for ever but i'll stop here..

Ive been up since 5.30am and now its midday and im already having my 3rd meal. He is still sleeping, he tells me to wake him and i try but he dont get up... We have treadmills and excercise bikes in the building, im dying to go for a jog , the problem is that if he or his brother aint with me im not allowed to use the gym... And they both want to get in shape yet they slip till 2pm, have 2-3 meals a day and complain that they aint growing.. They think by drinking a few protein shakes and taking some vitamins there gonna be monsters... **** me

Awesome fitness level. You've got me ready to kick my nutrition up a notch. But is it necessary to get out of bed before 2pm?? LOL.

Tough luck on the friends.

hey what does your chest routine look like? very impressive bro..
Bro the usual stuff, i do 5 excercises, for chest, 1 week i start with flat bench as my first excercise the next week i start with incline and swap them around every week, also do incline flys, cable crossovers, then superset dips with dumbbell pullovers... I train for a month with heavy weights down to light E.g maximum weight for 3-4 reps and work my way down in weight with higher reps, then the next month i do the opposite.. it works well for me.. There are times that i start of with pecdec as my first excercise, it really shocks the muscle and gives me a good pump..

Awesome work man -- how long have you been training for?
and wow 5 cheat meals in 5 years?
thats amazing, how do you do it if you go vacation?

5 cheat meals in 5 years?!? how in the hell do you keep your caloric intake high without getting any fat like that..

Bro have you heard of a George Foreman Griller?? Well that goes with me everywere i go. And alot of the times when i am travelling i will prepare my chicken and take it with me on the plane. My vege's are always eaten raw.. E.G broccoli, asparagus, spinach...

Belbs
I`ve tried eating broccoli raw, but the stuff grown hyrdoponically tastes too bad unless boiled for a minute or two.
Do you only eat `naturally` grown broccoli?

LOL... Bro i eat anything i can get my hands on... I find eating vege raw gets you full, that way you can always stay intact with your calorie intake. Nothing worse than finishing your meal and still feeling hungry. Thats were the vege helps out with lots of water afterwards.. It works for me anyway..

Just noticed you`re from Australia.
I`m from Perth.
Where are you in Australia?

I`m also an expat.
In Japan now.

Just sent you a PM.
Feel free to ask any more questions.

hey bro what are you doing in Japan? Do you work there? I went there and it was fucking so expensive. I heard that gyms charge ridiculous prices, is that true?

I `teach English` at junior high, but half the time I`m on the internet or on holidays :)
My salary is fairly good, but it is very expensive here.
It works out cheaper to buy my supps from the US & get it here via FedEx, than to buy it in Japan.
My gym is 8,000 yen a month = US$66.50
Since I live in the country, I think it`d be a lot more in Tokyo.
What you do in the US?

im just holidaying. I got another 4 weeks to go here then im off to Europe, won't be back home till November.

Very nice. Great dedication. So few people understand what it takes to get in such great shape. Even fewer are willing to do it.

Edit: I just saw this thread is from 2003... Wow. lol
