I'm at the Anavar part right now. This part is definitely true. For a lack of better way to explain it will free up fat, many steroids do this to some degree. But you still need to exercise and not be in too much of a calorie surplus to get that fat out of your bloodstream. Otherwise it will just get stored in fat cells again.

Tony also looks like he's lost a decent amount of size and got plastic surgery or botox lol
 
The only downside to this guys research is it's all rodent studies, but then again most steroid studies are.

I agree with you. I would watch more video like this. I like him having someone do actual research instead of one of his cronies spitting 90's bro ****. Which I think the broshit is valuable too but when yiu got a bunch of self proclaimed gurus it gets tough sometimes

Alright got done with it and haven't enjoyed one like this scince coach Trevor was still with him. If he would do more like this I would actually watch instead of just doing videos about clubbing and banging trannies and having kids with 15 different chicks who all live with you that $hit is f.cking gross bro
