Is this a good stack for a first cycle ? Invalid Link Removed
EP15TANE+AR1MACARE PRO for 1-4 week , then SUP3R PCT + Nolva 4-8 week + maybe DAA/other test booster.

What can i expect from a short cycle like this ? I'm eating like 2000 calories / day , good food , a lot of protein , no sugar , and i train 3-4 times / day , and do pull-ups every 2 days( for my personal record , i'm doing 32 atm , my goal is 40 before end of summer ) .

21 yo , i'm light weigh for a guy who trained 4-5 years , last time i said my weight , got a lot of Eat more comments , just that i have quite a good physique , started from 120 lbs , or maybe even less ( 50 kgs ).
Goals : gain a little bit more muscle , but get leaner , i'm at 12% bf , i know that with good diet i can lose more fat , but it's quite hard for me atm.
Main goal : get LEAN , if i was like 7-8% bf , would have a great body , cause already got some good muscles .

So is EP15STANE cycle for 4 weeks will help me gain 1-5 lbs of lean muscle , and cut fat ?
 
Obviously telling you to wait to use PH/AAS isn't gonna change your mind so regardless, drop the ar1m. Run EPI 5 weeks 30/30/30/30/30 if you only weigh 150lbs. If need be up the dosage to 40mg/day for the last 2 weeks. Epistane has anti-e properties so you don't want arimistane as its an anti estrogen and cortisol blocker, your joints will be dry enough as is from the epi. As for pct nolva 20/20/10/10 with sup3r pct but start with a low dose and taper off of it to avoid rebound gyno. On cycle use Cycle Assist/Cycle Support + fish oil for joints and taurine for back pumps

You made another thread about this....an I think I commented lol do 6 week epi or hdrol cycle. Sense your little like the guy above me said use lower dosages than what you see other guys running. 30-45 epi 50-75 tops hdrol. Use a serm. No offense but at 150 you shouldn't have to cut...don't wast your first cycle on a cut. It will be your best one so make the most of your gains and lean bulk. Or cut natty then run a cycle and bulk. Make sense?
 
From reading your OP, you don't sound like you know what you're doing...

You're here talking about how many pull-ups you can do and you want to take AAS/PHs...

No sugar...2K cals...lol

i hope you arent a troll or maybe i do, i haven't decided yet, but all you need IF you are set on doing steroids is
epi 40/40/40/40/40/40
nolva 20/20/10/10
eat alot and lift heavy with only compound exercises and 6-12 reps to FAILURE. learn to put everything you have in 1 or 2 sets of each exercise and dont do more than 1 or 2 exercises per body part. do 2 sets until you learn to put everything into one. i used to weigh 120lbs. i do 1 set of 1 compound exercise per bodypart to failure with xreps at the end of the set and a brief static hold just to add intensity, or torture is more what it feels like lol. sometimes i'll throw in another "pump" set of 10-12 reps if i feel froggy. i weighed 205 lbs this morning. be patient though, and learn to feel the muscles working. this is more important, imo, that the amount of weight, but you need to use a sufficient weight to reach muscular failure in 4-12 reps. and pick the exercises that you are the strongest in. for example, i dont do any pulldowns or pullups because i'm naturally weak in them. i only row because i can use the 175 lb ers in one arm dumbell rows or 300lbs with the bar. i'm naturally strong in that position so i exploit it. more muscle recruitment. and my back is my best body part. same with bench. find which is best by how much you can lift . flat or incline. i switch it up though too. change exercises fairly often between my favorite 2. incline a couple of weeks , then flat bench. kinda like DC training but not so frequent. i only have to hit each muscles group once a week. i'm alot older than you though so i dont have the recovery that younger guys do. you might can train each muscles every 5 days or so.
and btw epi is a strong steroid. low on sides but highly effective. get a serm for sure.

My back is my stronger body musce , i can take heavy weigh on it , and my weak muscle is my calves , really thin..

For the Epi cycle , if i take 3x15mg/day ( 45 mg/day , it will last 40 days right ? 120 pils in the bottle), but , people told me AR1MACARE PRO was good , but Chadder is telling me to not take it , and take live support.. so what should i do ? cause i bought the EP15STANE stack already , and paid a lot for it.

Should i take like 3 pills per day ( 45 mg ) , until the bottle is finish ? and , do i have to take the 3 pills at the same time ? like when i wake up.
