Thinking of humulin r for the first time

15 years of AAS use. 44 years old. 6'6 330 lbs. Currently blast and cruise...I don't come off. Thinking of trying insulin for the first time. Thinking of 10 ius pre workout, followed immediately by carb protein shake, another shake during, another shake and meal after work out. Will pin 45 mins prior to workout. Meal and last shake will be about 4 hours after last shake. Will also continue Test E at 750 EW. Will keep sugar on hand at all times. Only pin on work out days. Nothing crazy, just the 10 ius pre workout. I'm not going to cut until October, but diet will remain clean..in a slight caloric excess. Just kicking this idea around. Any input?
 
Ive run slin many times if your at that level its amazing but u have to beyond on point with your shake and food intake. I did fast acting slin pre workout and pumps were insane but i trained to long and didn't get my nutritional requirements in my body in time and felt like ****. Theres a great site that shows different protocols that u can read

Yes, I've read that one...very informative.
 
First week in. Up 6 pounds, definitely stronger. Last shot was 15ius. Only doing it immediately post workout...like at the gym..then slamming a shake with 200grms carbs, 60 protien, 8 creatin
