As the title says, I'm thinking about doing a short 6-week super mandro cycle. I would take PCT, cycle support, and arimistane from the strongsupplementshop website. I do not want to do any more cycles after this cycle to prevent dependency, so I'm just curious about the potential results from one cycle. If I dont think the side effects are worth it, I won't do it.
I'm 30 years old, I weigh about 220 pounds (not particularly lean, maybe 20% body fat), I bench maybe 380-390 1rm, and ive never taken a steroid, prohormone, or anythjng else before. I'm also training for a marathon, so I run at least 1-2 hours per day.
I want to know if taking super mandro will help push my lifts up a bit, if I can keep the gains after, and if I should worry about the side effects, especially gyno. My resting heart rate is 50 bpm, my blood pressure is 110/70ish, and my cholesterol must be fine, so I'm healthy now and dont want to ruin that.
My main concerns are gyno. What are the chances of developing permanent gyno from a single small cycle? I really dont want to risk permanent cosmetic issues and I'm sure everything else would just stabilize over time. I know that there isn't a single gyno risk percentage, but I'm trying to weigh the risks.
