Seeing that we're moving into colder months (depending on where you live), I think it would be best to go for a powerlifting meet first over the next 3-5 months. Your numbers are solid, so I think with some programming and dialing in you could do very well at a powerlifting meet.
Also, judging by the picture, you are a ways away from being on stage. I would say you're appx. 18-20% body fat, and cutting down would require at least a few months of consistent dieting and cardio.
If it were me, I would stay strong at 200lbs, do a meet soon and move some big weights. After that shift your focus on getting shredded for the stage when it's closer to summer.
