Been thinking about doing a P-Mag cycle with a friend of mine.
Little Information.. Both of us are 20.. Been working out for little over 3 years, He is the manager at a Snap Fitness, and I used to have a personal trainer at a Snap fitness. I am now getting my personal training certification and working.
Age: 20 Height: 6' 2" Weight: 187 lbs
I currently take Orange Triad, Fish oils, Whey protein, Casein protein, Mono Creatine. And any pre-workout supplement that I currently have.
Diet is around 3,300 Calories a day. Not really Counting just eating 6 meals a day around 500+ Calories while drinking milk and water all day in between. Meal's consist of Grilled Chicken, Brown Rice, Whole Wheat Pasta, Lean Hamburger Beef, Steak, Tuna, Whole wheat bread w/ Natty Peanut butter.
Routine: I go 5 days a week depending on my schedule. Monday:Chest Tuesday:Legs/Abs Wednesday:Off Thursday:Shoulders/Abs Friday:Arms and Saturday:Back w/ Stretching Sunday:Off My Rep range does changes a lot. Core Movements I do about 5 Sets starting at 12/10/8/6/4 Increasing weight every set.
We are getting 4 bottles of P-Mag and Clomid for PCT. About to get AI Life Support (2 Bottles) and Lean Xtreme...
If I could get any input on how much I should Dose P-Mag? 25? 50? 75?
For the AI Life Support should I take a week by dosage per bottle before I start taking P-Mag?
When should I start taking Lean Xtreme? I believe 15 days into PCT?
Is there anything I'm missing??? I know i'm younger, All honesty is i'm looking for if you think I shouldn't do it at my age let me know!! I want all feedback, I've been stuck at 187 lbs for little over 2 months!! Looking for some good gains? Looking to start my cycle soon as I Turn 21 in Febuary, and my dad wants to take me to Vegas and I think i'm probably going to want to drink by then HAHA
