Sup guys. Needed a place to keep a log and get some feedback. Don't have time to post everything up now, but I will get to it later tonight.

Stats: 5'8" ; 155lbs ; 12%ish Body fat ; 20

Not sure about my lifts. I just starting workout out again this week for the first time in a while. But I am excited to get back into it. I'll try n get some pics up too for progress.

Supplements: None (will be adding the basics next month)
 
This will be my workout. I got it from this site, so please critique it:

Monday: Legs

Squats - 3 x 6
Leg presses - 1x6, 1x20
Outer abductor - 1x10-12
Lunges - 1 x 12-15
Calves 4 x 10-20
heavy abs

Wednesday

Inclines Dumbbell Press - 3x10-12
Bench Press - 2 x 4-6
tricep push downs - 2x12
db side laterals - 1x10
db front raises - 1x10
pull-a-parts - 2x10
*might just do 3 sets of Shoulder Press for 10-12

Friday
Deadlift - 1x12, 1x8, 1x5
Bent-Over Barbell Row - 2x6-8
Wide-Grip Lat pulldown - 2x6-8, 1x12
Chin ups(machine) - 2x8-10
Curls - 3 sets of 6-12 reps, 2 exercises
Abs
