Diet Breakdown 8/24/11
Calories: 2210
Protein: 252 Grams

Side note: Hit my calories i wanted for today! Noticing more subtle changes, It's a shame i'm so dam pale! When i hit a Front lat spread my chest doesn't disappear anymore and i see the outline of the bottom of my pecs, it's almost as if the leaner i get the more dramatic my poses are which is AWESOME. This is just going to motivate me 10 fold when i diet down after this bulk, but damn right now i'm hungry!

I'm pretty sure I remember sending a few samples from requests up to the Michigan area, but I'm not all that familiar with what town/city is close to another, I just know that all people from Michigan will use their hand to represent the state and point on their hand when they are trying to tell you where their city is in relation to the state, LOL!

Calories are pretty low today but no biggie, no training no worries. Energy is fine, not really doing much today have class but that's it. Borrringggggggggggg :tired:
 
im in buffalo NY its not crazy far i dont think but if u ever take a road trip to the falls we are getting a session in........congrats on winning the testopro by the way i cant wiat to see ur proogress on this bulk, gonna be nuts!!!

Calories: 1650
Protein: 192 Grams

I think i may be sleeping a lot more due to lower calories but keep in mind i'm really not doing much. I did start classes this week so i guess homework is keeping me occupied. Friends are always out partying so it's meh. I CAN'T WAIT TO GET BACK IN THE GYM MONDAY! :yell:

Review of NutraPlanet Service

On 8/22 i ordered 1 tub of Redefine's N.O. Ignite (Tropical Storm) and it came to me in perfect condition with an invoice inside. Shipping was FAST!! Tomorrow will be last day of low calories, Sunday will be 3-4000 Calories and Monday will be the start of 5000. Sunday night/Monday morning will be the start of the new LOG with App. Nut. Lit Up/Drive (Or when it gets here it could be tuesday) and AI's TestoPRO! :D
