I hear ya, but it was a price competative price, and I really want to explore the health benefits of resv as well. I think it should really help with the PCT and just all around better my health, which I've been gambling around with lately just to put on a few lbs of LBM.

Went for a 4 miles jog this morning. Felt great.

I also started 12mg TST this weeked (started on Saturday). One side effect appearred rather quickly, and that is the soon-to-be medical term (coined by Tripdog) of TST-zits.

TST-zit~noun: distgustingly large and sparse acne which, no matter how hard you squeeze, refuses to pop.

I also wanted to say that I had received some compliments today. My mom was amazed by the size of my traps and shoulders, which have been filling out prett good. (Shoulder's measurements haven't really jumped, but that's also a really hard measurement to take on yourself.)

I think my diet and water rentention are finally stablized where I can eat under control now. TST seems to be having a 'recomp' effect on me because although my strength is still going up, I'm leaning back out. And that's all good, afterall, it's summer and it's fun to sport the 'summer bod'.
 
Slin pins are in. Will prob do my first injection next Monday. I'm really enjoying the pumps and strength gains from TST. All signs of flare-up have subsided. If nobody has any qualms with it, I think I'm gonna go ahead and do a 6th week of TST.


Also, Generic Labz is gonna be having me test their product, CissusDrol, during PCT, so I'm gonna be working that in probably run inversely with Tamoxifen and Restore.

I had done 30 minutes of HIIT on the elliptical and had been jumping rope for about 10 minutes when it broke. It was sad. I cried.

That's what happens when you try to go old school and use one with an actual rope! I've heard the cordless jumpropes are where it's at these days. :D

Well, after today I will only have 32 caps of TST left, so that's not gonna be enough to run at 12mg per day. I might try adding Phera back to the mix next week. Any qualms with that?

I was impressed to see myself do 315 raw for 12 on deadlifts. I think I'm going to start doing the first set or two raw from now on.
 
I'm doing my deads with no belt, and an over under grip...315 for 4 sets.

It's a great way to build forearm size and grip strength.

I hear ya on that one, buddy. I just measured my forearm just now, and it's a little over 12". If you flip back some pages to a few weeks ago, I was as low as 11.25"
 
Well, I just recons'd my IGF-LR3.

Does anyone know how much the IGF adds to solution? If not, I will just it adds zero volume, and just take my chances underdosing it.

So tomorrow starts week 6. I've got 24 TST left.

My Plan is to take 40mg phera and 6mg TST to finish this last week strong. Any qualms with that? Any qualms with my excessive use of the word "qualms"?
 
what are you running right this second and what have you been running? have you run some phera at any other point in this cycle?(edit i just read you stopped it on the 11th, BUT....) and what advantage do you think youll see from running it only one week if that is in fact the total amount of time your running it? and if you say qualms again ill castrate you :nutkick: J/k
 
yeah, screw it. I'm just gonna go straight to PCT tomorrow. I don't have enough TST to run for another week at the same high dosages, and was trying to compensate that with pheraplex, but you're right it's not worth it to attempt pinch out another week with this cycle.

I hope there's no qua....err...I mean... problems with that :P

Week 4: 30mg Tamoxifen Citrate, 300mg Resveratrol, 2 caps Restore, 300mg b6
Week 5: 30mg Tamoxifen Citrate, 300mg Resveratrol, 1 cap restore, 200mg b6

IGF will be injected immediately postworkout twice per week. Injections will be directly into the penis....*cringes*......I hope you guys understand I'm kidding on that last part :)
