I don't have any recent pics because I don't have my own digital camera.
 
5'7 about 185lb after Christmas dinner :food:, bulking to 195 then cutting for Spring. Thats the plan, always gotta have one.
12% b/f during bulk im guessing because i got a 4 pack (upper) but my lower stomach is retaining fat right now, plan to cut to about 9-10% for June.
4 years experience
i got an old pic from this summer as my icon on Thermo's forum, about 8-10lb heavier since then.
maxes - ?? no clue, dont really max out - no need.
Biology/ITEC double major, love to research on new chem's, new products, and human body.

Well, i started out on bb.com about 4 years ago, havent posted there in about 3.

Then AM was born and i've called this place home every since.

I pop my head up and post on other forums every few days/week like 1fast400's forum, muscle mag's, i like designerbodybuilding.com's forum, began on Thermo now that i found out u guys had a forum, and steroid.com sometimes.

I mainly post here on AM, BN(1fast) and BB.com.

I also have accounts at wannabebig forums.com, a lot of supplement company forums (synergy, AX, etc.) I also think I have one at BB.net, but have never posted there.

I would have no problem singing up at any forums though, I have a lot of time to go online and visit forums all day, I am on my laptop most of the time I am home, and at work when I am not training a client I am usually sitting in front of a computer.

this is the most current pic i had before i went to the gym after being 10months back in the gym. After Katrina, i took a long time off and lost some serious mass and strength but i had my priorities ya know.

Currently bulking until mid-Feb. to 193-195 is my goal, i should reach that rather easy i think. will post a picture once my bulk is complete as a before picture for my next cutting cycle.

Hey, I am Dito's little helper, he is quite busy lately. But I think you may want to check out the DA forum for him as the guy that was a rep over there has been MIA since Sept 28th. If you do not know where I am referring to, please email me. [email protected]

He may need you over there if you feel you can fit in ;) I will speak to Dito about you. But part of a reps position is to create interest in the products, supporting loggers using the products, answering general board questions etc. And we all like it when a rep has an avy of themself, its more professional.

Totally agree, a few guys i talk to on the boards are sponsored by companies so i have a general idea of what to say and/or do. Sounds like a fun and promising position to me, would be an honor to be a part of Thermolife.

I will try my best, I have an old pic of myself about 20lbs ago, I don't want to use it because it is 20 lbs ago, LOL. As I sadi befor I dont have a digital camera, my gf has a one though, Ill see what I can do...

If you want reps, I can give you a few thousand, but that won't change anything for you, they are mostly worthless.

if i dont respond in the next few days its because i am leaving tomorrow, friday jan. 5th, to go skiing for 5 days in Steamboat, CO. just giving you a heads up, vacation here i come :)

Thanks fellas, just got in from vacation in Steamboat, CO - where i must say it is cold as hell compared to louisiana but i loved every minute of it.

I'm honored to be a part of the Thermo team, look forward to talking with you guys more. I have been flying all day and im tired, but i hope to talk more with yall on Thermo or AM's chat and forums.

Hey Ralph

Welcome aboard!

You can change your user title yourself. Click on User CP, then its either under options or profile (I forget).

I'm not sure who you need to contact about the color change.
