There's a bull in a china shop (Taurus Sponsored 5aOHP Log)

So today i took an "easy" day in my books. 45 minutes on the bike, did 5 minutes of wind sprints and box jumping for 2 minutes.

I'm a big supporter of active rest and this seems to be right up that ally. No need to sit around and do nothing... just doesn't seem right. Especially if you are on cycle ;)

Everything so far has been running good on cycle I always make sure to take a quality multivitamin(Orange Triad), lots of fish oil, and of course Cycle Support so my BP has been fine, no lethargy, have felt an adverse effects yet or anything bad. Its been a good run so far still have plenty of time left though to keep up my gains. I grabbed some ReDefine Nutrition's FinaFlex Pure Test(DAA) to throw into the end of my cycle to go into my PCT with. Of course will take my P-5-P with it to keep prolactin levels down. But anyways today's workout was back and running.

Workout -
Wide Grip Lat Pulldown - 47.5 lbs all 5 sets
Seated Cable Rows - 100 lbs all 5 sets
Bent Over Barbell Row - 135 lbs all 5 sets
Superman - 5 sets hold for 10 seconds
Wide Grip Pull Ups - 5 sets

Ran the track for 2 miles in 15 minutes it was hot today so was sweating like a mad man during it but it felt good to push through it all and get todays session over with.

Today was abs and cardio. Been loving the product so far no complaints as of so far. Haven't lost any weight and or anything just kept steady but its visible the signs of weightloss and muscle gain.

Workout -
Hanging Leg Raises - 5 sets of 5
Ab Ripper X - Uncle Tony has been killing me

Cardio -
10 minutes of jump roping kept a fast pace heart racing the whole time. Switch between double jumping and high knee's.
30 minutes on the bike

Left the gym feeling beat Monday's rest day can't come soon enough this week.

No weight loss but visible muscle gain and leaning out?? Sounds like it's recomping you nicely.

Yeah it's seems to be going that way for a nice recomp. No complaints here for sure about that.

subbed in, sorry so late~

Whats you're diet like?

Diet is mostly clean, average about 3500 calories a day right now, with a cheat meal once a week. But with my cardio amped up as much as it has been not worried to much about my cheat meals.

very solid stuff here

Thanks

almost everyone will agree-what you see in the mirror is more important than what the scales say.

Today i skipped cardio i noticed some swelling in my left knee so i iced it, popped some tylenol to take down the inflammation, and used some of my Joint Force. So feeling better though hopefully tomorrow will be a better day. Haha and today i ended up lifting heavy cause i had to show these young bucks in my gym that i still had it. Cause the highschool kids i help with football give me crap for going light.

Bench Press - 225 lbs, 225 lbs, 235 lbs, 235 lbs, 255 lbs
Incline Dumbbell Press - 50 lbs, 50 lbs, 60 lbs, 60 lbs, 65 lbs
Dumbbell Bench Press - 60 lbs, 60 lbs, 70 lbs, 90 lbs, 100 lbs
Dips - 5 sets
Dumbbell Flys - 30 lbs all 5 sets

It felt good to lift like a beast today and prove i still had the strength to push through the lifting session. No doubt i contribute a good portion of it to the 5aOHP.

Yesterday i did legs and cardio i've been feeling sick lately so haven't been as good as i can the last few days i must of picked up whatever my son had the other week. But i'm gonna push through this cause i'm almost done with my cycle so not much longer left to go.

Today i'm trying to just get in my 5K and call it good since my body is fighting this flu.

I got my 5K in last night nothing pretty for sure this flu is kicking my butt so i've upped my vitamin C intake more and some more antoxidants with everything i'm taking. I'm hoping to make it in the gym tonight but i'm gonna play it by ear by how i feel.

Got back in the gym today after taking Friday off to rest and try to get some of this sickness out of me. So today i went and attacked shoulders and did some light cardio also. Since this next week is my last week on cycle, was going for a 30 day cycle. Figured i couldn't rest now and waste this product.

Workout Shoulders -
Standing Military Press - 135 lbs all 5 sets
Barbell Row - 115 lbs, 115 lbs, 115 lbs, 135 lbs, 135 lbs
Upright Barbell Row - 65 lbs all 5 sets

Ran 1.5 miles in 11:25
5 minutes of jump roping nothing fancy just keeping my heart rate up.

Overall was a pretty tiring workout for me. Keeping all the mucus and stuff down, but it always feels good going to the gym so its hard for me to stay away even when i'm down with illness. I'll have my overall review of 5aOHP later this week and try to get up some after pictures also. Thanx again to Taurus for giving me the chance to log this.

Today was a good cardio day. I ran a mile in 7:25 minutes, i felt good storming around the track. Then i hit the gym for 30 minutes on the elliptical, i did 3 minutes of jump ropping. Then also some hanging leg raises to end the day.
