First and foremost I would like to thank BuildFastForm for allowing me to test and log VasoBlitz!!! This product caught my eye quickly because it seems to be very pump focused with the worry of stimulants, creatine, and glycerol. I’m extremely happy to see this on the market and I feel even better having the opportunity to share my thoughts and experiences moving forward.

I have been losing weight for the past few months but reached my goal and am now working to recomp and maintain what I have. I have been using FD2.0 and enduralean for quite sometime so neither or those products will be able to take away from the current effects of this product.

My diet is all over the place currently but nailing it down over the next 4 weeks for my own discipline reasons lol. I cut down to 220lbs while eating 4200 calories and recently bumped back up to 4500 as my soreness has been insane.

My initial thoughts:

My initial thoughts:

I have been searching high and low for a simple product that delivers on all pump fronts. Heavy stim products are a dime a dozen and Im completely over them. Im a huge Citruline fan so seeing this weight in at 6g is great! Ive always loved Arginine Nitrate and I like this more than most Agmatine doses at 1g. Betaine is a nice add in and knowing this product takes time to showcase Im very excited its included. Calcium Lactate at 2g helps muscle recovery.

The taste is amazing! Its not sweet at all but rather extremely refreshing. I easily was expecting a jolly rancher type and I was surprised and I LOVE the taste.

I respond very well to pump ingredients and cant wait to see some real growth. I acutely already have seen an improvement to my vascularity but I cannot wait to see what else the month holds!

Took yesterday off since I was taking my Gf and some friends to a Bret Eldridge concert. He was drunk af but it was a good show in the rain. I wasnt mad until my GF tried to chase him down. The things we deal with lol.

Today I decided to have a cardio workout at home and it got real.

Went on a 15 min run walk.

Did a circuit of Jumping Jacks, Burpees, Hanging Leg Raises, Toe Taps, and a jog down the driveway and back. I did this for 30secs on and 30secs off and completed 3 full cycles.

Finished with 20mins on my stationary bike. Im trying to get serious about these abs before August 10th lol. We all have to have goals!

The pumps from the jumping jacks were def the most notable. I only used 1 scoop before this and I cant lie it was spot on for the demands of the workout. I ate afterwards and the continued vascular effects are really noticeable. These next 2 weeks Im going to really push this up a notch and see where I end up.

VASOBLITZ should make cardio a bit easier and a bit longer.

Body weight is up a bit and not surprising due to the strength increases and noticeable fullness I am feeling. I take one scoop on my off days. I took 2 scoops before back today and the results were staggering.

Pullups: Bw x 50

Bb Rows:
135x15
225x12
275x10
315x8x2

Rack Pulls:
315x12x3

Lat Pulldowns:
140x10x3

Hammer Strength Iso Low Row: Plate loaded version
90x15
135x15x3 Good stretch and slow eccentric. Grip strength was getting funny from the forearm pump.

Reverse Lat Pulldown: Meadows fault I will find the name later. Using a chambered bar and facing the opp. way.
80x12
100x12
120x12x2

Hammer Curls:
45x15x3

Inverted Pullups: I go to the Smith Machine and elevate my feet and pull my chest to the bar.
Bw x 50reps. No these are a burnout as many as possible and as short of rest as possible.

Walked on the TM for 30mins at a 6%incline and at 4.0mph. Honestly the cardio has seen a definite improvement and I still feel like its early. This is the best product Ive used for quite some time!

Intra-set recovery is amazing. Actively stretching in between sets is something most people have to get used to but its been working wonders for helping me focus on my contractions. The pumps are not only real but after the first week I have actually been watching the scale go up as well as the strength. Loving my results personally.

The density im getting day in and day out is astounding. Im quite curious as to just how far this can keep going! Supplementing with this has been more than an adventure. My last back day had me on looking like a billboard! Loving the results and just getting back from a 7 mile ride and I cant lie im gassed, my legs are tight, best muscle awareness Ive had in a ling time but Im not so fatigued that I dont enjoy walking to still get things done. Hope everyone is enjoying their weekends.

100x12x3

Back day was quick and had a work fellow join in so I had to tailor the workout a bit. Volume was great but the weight really wasn’t. Backs not an area that needs too much focus so I made up for it with intensity!

Pull-ups:
5x12

Lat Pulldowns:
140x15x3

Bb Rows:
135x15x2
185x15
225x10x2

Supinated Lat Pulldowns: facing backwards
140x10
160x8
200x8x2

TBar Rows:
45x15
90x15
135x12x2
180x8 was feeling myself

Cybex Seated Row:
150x20x5 squeeze was so important as the weight was too easy. Def just the arc of the machine but this was the whole stack.

Pulldowns and facepulls to finish. 100reps total. Her idea not mine. Felt like cardio. Pretended to do Arms after. Immediately had chipotle following.
