Chest, delts and tris

High rep day cause I've been nursing some little aches and pains...

Bench
225 for 2 sets, high 20's first set and around 20 second set.

Free motion over head press
Stack for One set with static hold at the end.

Crossovers
One set of prob close to 40 reps.

Rv grip one arm pushdowns
One set each arm...prob 40 reps or so.

Felt pretty good today.... Looking forward to deads on Friday.
 
Been sick so I took yesterday off and went today instead...still felt weak as hell but just didn't wanna miss a day.

Free motion pulldowns
2 sets

Deads
2 sets of 8 with 405.... Wanted to just do one set and go for 20 but at around rep 6 I realized how weak I was and that I couldn't really take deep breaths so I stopped at 8 and did another set of 8. I wanna get used to high rep deads cause I don't wanna go too heavy anymore and I saw nick best do 24 with 500 so I want to get 25 with 500.

Hammer grip free motion preacher curls
2 sets.

To beat to do legs.... Body just weak and tired so it will be legs on Monday. Hope I can breath well enough to hit some high reps with legs on Monday.
 
Chest delts and tris today...yea I was gonna do legs but my backs feeling tired so I just will wait till Wednesday.

Bench
275 (think around 13-14 or so with no pauses at all...just up and down slow)
225 to failure

Free motion overhead press
Stack to failure (gonna have to find a diff delt ex next workout)

Cable crossover
1 set

V bar over head cable ext
1 LONG drop set.

That's all...

Gym was PACKED! I was ready to be pissed but somehow people finished just as I needed each piece of equipment... First time THAT happened for me at this place. I did do the crossovers instead of cable benches I wanted to try cause it opened up but overall a pretty good day. Felt good today.

Yesterday....

Legs, back and bis

My back felt good so I've made the decision that when it feels good I'm gonna do deads....if its not quite as good ill do squats and if it just don't feel good it will be neither.

So it felt good...

Hammer single leg ext and curls
2 sets of each at around 20 reps.

Free motion pulldowns.
One set with both arms then one set 1 ARM at a time. Tried single ARM because I can't add wt to machine and I like the ex so that will work.

Single ARM Freemotion rows.
1 set each ARM

NOW....
Deads
135x8, 225x6, 315x4.... 415x2 was gonna be my work set and go high reps but it felt so LT I went up....495x2...same as last set....545x2 still had a LOT left... But didn't wanna push it. As long as my form is perfect it seems fine.... I am sure I could have pulled 650-700 for a single with no problem. I lift wts cause I enjoy it and I HAVE.TO do it the way I enjoy doing it. I am gonna TRY and be smart but I don't work out to stay fit or get women or anything....I work out cause I like being big and strong. If I can't train how I like then I either won't train or ill drop 40lbs and lift for health a cpl days a week. I know some may not understand but think about it this way... If someone gets hurt surfing, or sky diving, or racing cars everyone says 'at least he was doing what he loves/loved' well its the same thing for me.... I gotta do this how I ENJOY it or not do it.

the vid of the 495 and 545..... the 545 felt easier than the 495 but neither was anything close to max or failure....

Today was chest, delts tris

Benches were taken and gym was packed so I went to

High incline smith
315 for prob 12-15

Over head cable presses
Stack

Couldn't get on just about anything SOOOO I grabbed a cable and did 1 ARM crossovers for a set.

Seated cable benches... Just wanted to try it for a set.

Elbow sore so that's all.
 
Workout yesterday sucked...was beat and didn't listen to this creaky old body.....

Anyway I did try something new, a ghetto version of the "isolator" using a foot cuff. Liked it a lot so now I gotta get the real thing. Anyone ever try it?
