Do you think a PWO with 150mg of Caffeine and 12.5mg of Theacrine is a good boost for a PWO? Isn't theacrine just Caffeine with an extra molecule (and allegedly helps with inflammation and pain relief.
But isn't theacrine literally just Caffeine... 12.5mg of this seems to be nothing. Can 12.5mgs of theacrine be useful or will it just add basically 12.5 more milligrams of caffeine. Unless it's well more potent then Caffeine is
