The YOUNGER you are, THE HIGHER your dosage of Hormones should be!

Ya i heard of a guy that used to train at an old gym of mine and he would run around 4g's of gear a week and do lots of blow, then one day his heart gave out on the way to the gym. But i'm not going to judge, a drug is a drug.

Beezlebub- I was going to ask you, what do you do for core training? I know this is off topic but i train very similar to you, and i've been finding that i end up going to far forward when i get into squating my heaviest weights. I've read around about this an most say to incorperate heavy ab training into your routine, something i haven't been doing, i normally do:

4 sets exercise ball crunches 10-15 reps
4 sets reverse crunches with ball between legs 10-15 reps
4 sets crunches with ball above head 10-15 reps
4 sets Planks 30 seconds each

I'm thinking of doing something like this:

Horses 4 sets 30 seconds each (you might have to look that one up)

Planks 4 sets 30 seconds each

Side Planks 4 sets 30 seconds each

Heavy Cable Crunches 4 sets 8-10 reps

What do you think? I'm going to start squating with a belt again also i've been going raw for sometime now.

my core training generally consists of several movements spread out through the routine, being that it's DC i had to:

weighted crunches on decline (my only ab movement)
GM's
hypers
rack deads
RDL's

i would rate GM's the most important. also, if you're coming forward, it may not be a core issue but a form issue. have you tried widening your stance?

Ya i use a wide stance, not as extreme as i've seen some guys use but still fairly wide, I also do box squats all the time, i love em. What are RDLS? I also need to get back to doing good mornings. Also why only decline crunches? What do you think of pull-throughs? I also perform heavy barbell step ups, which are a great unilateral exercise if you've never done em you should give them a try.

RDL's = romanian dead lifts.

ab strength was never an issue for me, but i just do decline crunches w/ weight to keep them from becoming an issue in the future.

ahh, those ancillaries. yes, he uses the ones that he deems necessary. he doesn't have gyno issues though and when asked about shutdown, his response was "i don't want any more kids so fvck it." i have no doubt that his gains would be incredible at a far lower dose but like i said before, he's viewing it as a 'i'm running out of time' situation and that's why his dosages are so ridiculously high. i'm more curious as to how he's going to look and feel when he's 60 something, if he makes it that long. bloodwork may show up all good and happy, but 15G's of test is still 15G's of test.
everyone is individual, and some people can handle really high dosages without apparent harm. Like someone else on here I question how much of that really is used after a certain point re; receptor saturation. I would recommed the use of gh and insulin if" skys the limit" and youre a pro. Trust em many of the others are doing just that. As afar as the growth factors and prostaglandins I have never heard of anyone using them. Interesting though. Once you open pandoras box, you can't close it
