So guys my refeed days have passed 500g of carbs now. Let's just say it's really fun. So I was thinking this morning. What is better a bowl of cereal or a poptart. I honestly think cereal taste better, and since french toast crunch came back cereal gets my vote!!!

French Toast Crunch, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Reeses, Flavored Chex, Maple Frosted Mini Wheats, Smacks

You sir have good taste. I would add fruity pebbles in there but french toast crunch is life changing
 
Pancakes
Bread Pudding
Rice Pudding
Compotes (made on the stovetop) and put on top of french toast/pancakes
Honey on top of everything
Big sludge bowls (protein powder + yogurt) with cereal, pretzels, poptarts, fruit
PB2 / PB Lean and covered a banana with it and freeze (makes a PB banana)
 
Hmmmm......I would have to go with Pop Tart :)
 
It does look like fish food never thought of that hahah. It has great volume though. I'm trying to find cereals like that. I know Cheerios also has great volume

Hahsha whole box. I am trying to find my favorite cereal. To many out there. Anything cinnamon or with peanut butter gets a head start. But then again lucky charms ugh. But I only eat the marshmallows hahaha

Yep, it's Captain Crunch. They have the Oops, All Berries or the Captain Crunch with Berries. I like the latter.

And the flavored Cheerios, at least the ones I have tried, are all very good and pretty flavorful.

Apple cinnamon cherrios are amazing. And the dark chocolate crunch aren't to bad

Ya but those 3-4 servings is the same 78g carbs in two poptarts

Point taken. I think I would like poptarts a lot more if the macros were for two pastries not one. Cause you are right cereal takes the cake in that case
 
Damn i have been to all my supermarkets and can't find it. I did find the Captian crunch cinnamon, and it was 6/10 so so. I still have to check target and walmart so hopefully. But I have heard it taste great!

I put cinnamon on everything literally everything. I love it.

They came out with chocolate covered strawberry too might have to give that a try...

Good! I think I like the strawberry better. I am trying to limit the pop tarts now as I am trying to cut some fat off. Carb cycling doesn't really allow for pop tarts to often.

eah that's understandable, I try to keep my poptarts limited too. Carb cycling works amazing though. I am about to do the same thing in 2ish weeks.

Looks nothing like Pop tarts. You need to try a different aisle :) It does look interesting though
 
I use the unsweetened its 25 cals per serving and thicker than almond milk

I'll pick it up later today then.. Not the biggest cashew fan but I'll give it a try, thicker then almond milk so that's a plus.
 
Definitely love almond milk, but will give this a try! heading to the grocery store today, also picking up some hot fudge sundae poptarts ;)
