Boone you doing a video or just pictures?

Before i switch to my cut, i am gonna see how many kcals i can rack up. I got all the dessert places in erie i got to try over the last year and found my bests. So that wont be hard to rack up 10,000 kcals in dessert alone + the ice cream in my freezer. The rest i will probably cook, or if i am lazy will prob grab a takeout pizza + other food.

Prob just pictures as i've never edited up vid clips and dont feel like it ha. we will see tho, might try to get at least a couple short clips up

Oh snap! Once in a blue moon wont kill you, but this is nothing something i personally recommend on the weekly/monthly reg haha.
Yeah this will probably be a once every 3-4 months

Same thing.. hard to get time off, regardless of how we try to meet up. I only have 14 days off i can take off the entire year, and a lot of them will be around March for the arnold.

This includes weekends too
 
Thinking 10k+ challenge tomorrow

Sorry man, but if your daily cals are like 4-5k, a cheat day should be like 6-8k+ easy.

Sooooo if you are doin a challenge 10k is low for you just sayin. Heck a 6er of donuts is like 3k right there and you best be havin donuts brah.

My daily cals are closer to 2k & I did 22.5k.

Yeah. I have my cals at 3500-3700 I cheat at 10k is good enough for me. I cb do more will play it by ear
 
I'm so excited for this monster day that I spent a good two hours yesterday beginning to put some things in mfp haha. So. Much. Fun.

Nothing terribly exciting yet, just me excited to eat all of it ha.

So far the list includes:
-oreos (3-4 flavors, at least a box worth)
-pop tarts (at least 4 flavors)
-Pizza (havent decided where yet)
-Taco bell (some nachos and an xxl burrito)
-Ice cream (prob gonna do a coldstone mixture plus a pint of something fun)
-Broccoli (for the lol's)
-Eggs (maybe an omelet in the morning with some crazy mix ins)
-Donuts (see below)
-Cookiebutter cheesecake (entire)
-Lots of pumpkin spice cookie butter
-Bunch of seasonal Peeps ive had laying around

All that adds up to around 18k so I've still got some work to do... prob gonna get some chips, cheese, PB, and then maybe a few burgers and such.

I am having an awful time finding a good donut place tho thats close... theres a couple cool little shops but theyre all like lame cake donuts and nothing special. might end up just doing a DD or KK... will enjoy either way tho.

Wow you have yours all mapped out. I have no clue on mine. You do have some good ideas that I might have to steal. Can't wait to see some of the pics

Your sweets/real food ratio is too skewed IMO. Im going to beat you this weekend with what u got planned. You going to take that ha?

haha i know theres way too many sweets but the real food part is the harder part (and the "I've still got work to do") for me so far.

Burgers/Fries
Maybe some homemade chili/cheese
breakfast meats
some kind of big ol fatty meat steak

I think I'm gonna plan for 25k and if I can go further, make it up from there

I know you've got a reputation to uphold, but keep the broccoli to a minimum! It will fill you up/bloat you way too much for the scant amount of calories it'll contribute. Can't wait for these pics!

Yeah man def some fatty as fcuk breakfast meat. A huge chunk of bacon and/or ham by itself could be a thing. Bacon alone doesn't really fill me up and it's super easy to munch on/crumble up and sprinkle dem gainz on
 
That's why I'm getting head start. Cheat day is all about the eats!

Instead of spending hours in advance of thinking of eating this or that..
Drive in a car, go to the best mom and pop shops, get the food that looks and sounds good
Buy food, eat food, upload pictures = done.

if i had a TJ's i would crush that cheesecake too (100% jelly)

Or cook some of it and go 100% Martha Stewart. pizza would be your best friend in this situation for whole foods as well as anything baked and italian. Stuffed Shells/Lasagna/Gnocchi. Especially oil's + bread if you are a true italian

most chances are you wont find 100% perfect macros/calories for what you are buying anwyays. Your ending kcals/macros will be estimates

saves you hours of worthless planning to a T of calories/macros.

If any of you are in the southern Indiana area, I recommend Bub's Burgers in Bloomington. Big Ugly=1 pound of meat after cooked

1) workout with "mommy"
2) Do group fitness classes with those 40 and above
3) Circuit training
4) Eat loads of donuts and grilled cheese
5) have booneman77 steam me a pound of broccoli to get in all my micros
6) Steal all of GNO and his Ice cream

I think i got an idea :)

btw.. wonder where you got that idea to order ample hills from with that coupon code haha

Thanks to my gf I found a secret way to incorporate broccoli into my day tomorrow without sacrificing cals or volume ;) stay tuned.

Also, what would you guys prefer...
- a live post throughout the day (thinking I can just keep updating the same post with pics and thoughts)
- a separate, live post thread
- wait until the end and just add one (or however many) post with the whole day recap
