Because it's a fake, I personally wouldn't sell it considering that it's against the law. But if you do find a potential customer, china town sells 'em around $10-15

actually a friend brought it back for me from Malaysia.  Ye sit is Pirated but I did not get it from any of those sites.  It is DVD quality, I watched it last night.  The only problem with it is several times in the movier the words "FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION" appear in the bottom of the screen for a brief second.

I'm just going to wait, unless someone has a good avi file on kazaa in the meantime. If I remember right, the last time the good avi file was available in kazaa, it was right before the DVD came out anyway, and even then it was a screener I thought. BTW I did get a sweet free DVD Decrypter program that I use with my DVD+RW burner at work, I'm loving that so far :)

It's already on KaZaa... Invalid Link Removed

ChaseRoy - the "for consideration" message thing means that it is from a DVD-SCR, which is "DVD Screener" which get sent out to awards academies for awards consideration.

Wow, that site is amazing Sheesh, links right into kazaa, what a wonderful little system they have going there (although highly risky as concerns copyright law) :D

I've got most of Two Towers now, the quality is stellar, I'm going to burn it on my DVD burner at work, I found some DVD+RW's for $2.15 each (only kind my burner supports).

Oh I search Ebay all the time for them. I've found that I get free shipping with this company as well, most charge upwards to $10 for 10 RW's (as in your example). Somee you can get decent pricing, but most on there actually turn out to be around $3-5 a piece by the time the auction ends, plus shipping. I found the company through Ebay though, they sell on there: Invalid Link Removed

There are 2 versions out dvd-rip a 2 cd and a 3-cd, the 3-cd has ac3 sound. They were on FTP sites beginning of January. The ac3 sound is great through a home-theatre system. I watch it on my big-screen though the TV-out on my video card. It is fairily cheap to setup a computer to watch your divx on your tv and with the home theatre.
Let me know if you have an questions about setting one up!

My question is this: are you talking excellent quality for a rip, or quality about equal to what we will be able to buy in a couple of months?

If you download the SVCD, then it is DVD quality...I downloaded it a few weeks ago, and it's perfect. Also, you might want to take a look at the pictures up near the top that I posted....
