I saw this on here a while back. I haven't saw it recently but I assume it's on here. Does it measure free and total testosterone or just total?

if you are referring to the optimale testosterone health check, it only measures free test through a saliva sample.
 
How well does it work?

i've never heard from anyone who has used the optimale test. maybe someone else here can chime in.
i've heard that saliva tests are not as accruate as running blood.
also if you really want to get an idea of your hormone profile, knowing your bound test levels is also important there are a lot of factors that control SHBG.
however, this kit looks like a cheap way to get some indications.
 
thats my thoughts. esp since im a younger guy and Interested in bodybuilding. if I were at least forty or over Id just get a blood panel
