Olympus Labs Str3ngth Unleashed Final update

Strength Gains

Throughout my 4 week run on Str3ngth Unleashed I have hit some PR’s:
315 x 6 Paused Squat
365 x 4 Regular Squat
315 x 12 Regular Squat
3 Plates/Side x 22 on Hammer Strength Chest Press

Not to mention minor accessory work where time under tension (TUT) was increased. There were increased holds on each movement, and also better mind muscle connection throughout the lifts. I have to say this product did aid strength in a minor aspect to a good training and diet program.

Dosing

2 Caps per day (1 cap Upon Waking 1 Cap 6-8 Hours Later)

Fuller Muscles

Weight is up to 182-183. Heaviest I have been in nearly 7-8 years. While it is hard to gauge muscle fullness at some of the heaviest I have been in a while, I am still holding some good vascularity. My legs/back/arms stay damn lean year round; midsection is just soft where I store all my fat.

Cortisol, Glucose, and Thyroid Control

No real report on any of these. The only way to control Cortisol and Thyroid would be getting bloodwork done. I am schedule in March for more bloodwork but this log will be way over by then. No real change in glucose control my diet is pretty similar every week. I just rotate food sources to help hit calories, and enjoy some moderation and ice cream.

Joint Repair

I have had minor elbow flare-ups from time to time. Over the 4-week span of Str3ngth Unleashed I started to note the elbow pain to diminish. Heavy pressing and heavy squats will give my elbow a flare-up time and time again. Even pushing new Personal Records and being stronger than ever my pain slowly faded. I was pleased to see this aspect shine through on a lax product.

Other Sides:

- No real increase in libido
- No change in sleep patterns or deeper sleep
- No changes to mood/energy on a daily basis

Looks consistent with what Laxo is supposed to do. Probably would benefit you more if you ran an 8-12 week run.
 
Great run man! Can't wait to start mine! Also have you ever taken laxo before? I can't recall of you have or not.

For me, muscle fullness starts first (days 1-7), then a decrease in joint pain + increase in strength comes next (days 7-14). By day 21 I start to notice a re-partitioning effect that continues on thru the rest of the run. For me, I like a 8-12 week run.
