Absolute brutal leg workout, the pyramid of 225 on squats was absolute torture, the 20 set had me ready to fall over, the 15 after that was just as bad. Good thing i had condense to power me through, overall this was a solid workout and great way to start the new mesocycle. Still same effects, and rolling strong.

new meso is brutal, legs are still crushed from the first workout literally, the pulls yesterday made them even worse. Never felt this kind of DOMS Before, even with the doms Condense is strolling me through strong. Lets keep pounding away and see what tomorrow brings. Last workout of the week.

Energy
Never had a problem and running 1 scoop of condense the entire workout log, the energy was streaming, no jitters, and was very smooth from drinking the pre-workout until the post-workout period nothing bad to say about this product at all regarding it

Pumps
Good, nothing mind blowing,but still very noticeable, i stopped taking hemavol during this log to put 100% sole focus on Condense and seeing how it did treat me in this department. i would give it a good 7-8/10 on this aspect. If stacked with Hemavol this would be deadly.

Focus
Again just like labeled in energy, i was focused weather i was training at 3 p.m. or 4:30 A.M. the product got the job done period. Very happy with this aspect.

Strength
Very noticeable look at the workouts, look at the increased, and look at the pictures, Proof is in the pudding it works. Period.

Recovery
More Amino D here, very good, less DOMS, tasty drink, and most of all one of the better flavored products out there intra/bcaa/pre workout wise, this was dosed in a 1/1 fashion all log (1 upon waking and 1 intra workout) seeing i train the majority of the time upon waking in a fasted state.

Overall

For my first purus log, i was 100% Happy, there is no question about it i would suggest these products not only for taste, results, but also the minor things that add up and enhance your workout in general. I have to say hats off to purus they exceeded my expectations and made some incredible products people need to know about
