About 1 week left on the Osta, and i will give a full final review, rundown on the Osta Run, and final thoughts.
With how much i have seen strength increase wise. Especially with gaining next to no weight this entire run I am very happy with the amount of strength added to the barbell. Size may show a bit in the final pictures too for body composition

My Expectations

OSTAR1NE Features:

10mg with a meal 6-8 hours later

My Expectations

During my Run with Ostar1ine I am going to monitor the following:
- Size/Strength Changes

I hit quite a few PR's
100's x 9 on DB Flat Bench
110's x 6 on DB Incline Bench
I also noted that my volume and reps increased on many accessory movements. I felt that my size even though the weight did not skyrocket or gain much looks much better and fuller on my body during my run on the Ostar1ne. I pushed my training to the limits and I have to say in the mirror from day 1 to now It looks like a touch of size was added to my upperbody.

- Mirror/Body Composition

Reflecting off above it seems upperbody got a bit more size. Shoulders/Arms and a bit in my back (lats). Very happy with that as my back is a weakpoint and I try to attack it from so many angles and with multiple intensity techniques. Again its hard to judge with a 1lb gain, but in the mirror I am pleased i held my conditioning and added a pound in my run. I had at least 3 caloric bumps (added over 400 kcals during my run) and still noticed more size than weight . Not to mention i am taking 2x cheats a week.

- Libido

From the start to the end very minor change. Libido is pretty constant for me regradless of what I run. I look back on previous things I have taken and never really noted a drastic change in libido. The best libido booster is a girl in yoga pants or volleyball shorts bending over to do leg movements, or if she drops her phone on the floor. If that happens alot during a gym session that usually does the trick.

- Recovery

Huge aspect here. This was probably the holy grail of the supplement. Day to day recovery and also set to set recovery was improved. I noted that my rest times especially on this new mesocycle which I am currently on week 3 of us really tested my limits. 60-90 second rest periods tops on most exercises with super sets and giant sets had me sweating buckets and pushing my limits. Pump came into a big factor in pushing myself through it and trying to beat the log book.

Other Factors

- Blood Pressure
100/70 (Came back normal) others claimed it would change, mine stayed the same when tested 3 times throughout this log
- Pulse
49. I stay in pretty good shape year round, so this did not surprise me.

But let's be real, it was an OL supp run by a guy working out intensely .... It was like watching a low budget horror movie, you know the ending two mins in lol.
 
Nice to see it treated you well! Looks good overall. What are you planning for a pct? I'd be interested to see how things look/feel in a week or two (just a check in here) to see how things pro/re gress based on your pct
