The Solution & Olympus Labs Ostar1ne

I would reccomend at the very least using OL super pct after your osta cycle is complete. Clomid would be your best option, 3 weeks @ 50/25/25 should have you right back in the game

Ill shoot that by my coach (Inov8ElitePerformance) Thank you!

Don't be silly. It's not up to your coach whether or not you want to potentially have serious htpa issues for a significant period of time post cycle.

Be smart about your hormones.

Matt Jansen has worked with those on the elite level (justin Compton who placed top 3 at the Arnold) and inov8 have me in control of everything. Austin, Lloyd and the rest of the coaches .

When it comes to anything supplement diet and training related they will keep a close eye on me. They know I am
On Osta and have everything in control

Maybe I will hire you next as my coach :) but I won't be eating 3 lbs of broccoli a day

I understand that but regardless I wouldn't let someone else tell me how MY body and hormones are doing. They can't feel what you feel and obviously won't have any negative consequences on their bodies if YOUR htpa is suppressed. Just saying it makes more sense to play it safe.

Having something on hand just in case is always the safest option. Even if you don't intend to use it, you don't want to have to scramble to get it if things go south.

Austin is a great guy :D

Sure is, and like i said we have everything sorted out, and has had many of his clients run this in the past. Same with Matt. It is not like they do not know what to do or utilize when on Osta. Or other supplements that are far worse in nature.

Ill be meeting up with Austin in under 2 weeks for a Workout as a matter in fact when i head to columbus.

Great looking food, great looking workouts, great looking everything!

Appreciated brother. Tomorrow is an off day, and back to it Wednesday late at night after a long work shift.
Been hitting my workouts M/W/F/SA usually and 3 full rest days T/TH/SUN just how my work schedule has been sorted out.

Thanks for popping in brother.

So what have you noticed so far with the addition of Osta...?

Cool.. i didn't notice is you were bulking, cutting or recomp...?

Osta isn't really a good bulking SARM. Its better on cuts & recomps.

Any sides to speak of yet..?

Week 2 is where my BP went up slightly..

Reversing
i just dieted for over 22+ Weeks, so i am slowly dropping cardio and adding in calories. (Down to 2 - 5 interval HIIT sessions and around 2500 kcals, ended cut at 4.5 hours LISS and 3 HIIT sessions and 2000 kcals)
No sides at all
My Blood pressure i already stated which i had tested not too long ago on the last page.

when running something that could raise bp, you should be checking every day to every couple at most... "not too long ago" could be too long

Especially when BP usually raises up around week 2....

Maybe I should just hire you as my coach seeing you seem to have all the "Solutions" to this log :)
I already have all of this taken care of as Austin/Matt (my coaches) from Inov8 has had over at least 30-40+ clients run osta before. he knows what to expect, see, and how to treat it.
Everything is all good.

so he's taking your bp daily then? because if he's not, he's putting you at risk. I'm trying to look out for you and give you some tips here because I actually have personal experience here and you don't. If you don't want them, just say and I'll let you make you own potential mistakes.

I don't know everything and never claimed to, but the things you're saying are those of a person who has no idea what they're talking about and is relying on someone else to control everything about their body (which is impossible to know since they aren't you and can't feel what you feel)...

I have a group of coaches who have had nearly dozens of people run osta and many other "Supplements" on the market. (probably over 30-50+) if not more. They also trained Justin Compton who took top 3 in the Arnold Classic.

They know what to expect, they know what to take with it, and they know how to run the product.
They know the side effects, what the product will do, and what other things to take with it.

Would you hire a contest prep or nutrition/training coach if they had no idea what they are doing on anything relating to nutrition, supplements, or training? probably not.

Inov8ElitePerformance is no average joe that comes out of a rock on the side of the street, and they have some very solid knowledge on what they do in all aspects related to training, nutrition, supplements, and taking care of the health of their clients. I would not ingest a supplement if i had no idea what it is, what it does, or the side effects.

GNO knows that i would not just pick up a product and run it without doing research, what I am putting in my body, or possible side effects. Hence why he asked me to run this product, knowing I knew what I was doing and to provide honest and adequate feedback for Olympus Labs since i trust and support their company.

I think the only thing you should be worried about atm TheSolution is to be getting some updated progress pics!

I understand where you're coming from but at the end of the day, no matter how knowledgeable a coach is or how many people they've helped, the still haven't done it with YOU.

You know more than most the differences each individual person has and how their reactions differ.

All I'm saying is don't wait for a coach to tell you something is wrong. You need to make your own decisions not just follow blindly.

A coach is wonderful, but they'll never BE YOU. No sides, no damage, no ill effects for them.
