Numbers indicate the tempo of the lift

What people do not realize is that the muscle is under most tension in the eccentric phase (Lowering of the weight). This is another reason why I shake my head at people who do not "Control" their lifts. Sure anyone can lift something from X to Y as fast as possible. But the key thing we need to realize that when training is muscle stimulation. Put the muscle under most tension (in the eccentric) which will help improve MMC and TUT (Mind muscle connection and time under tension) for you to get the msot out of your workout.

Modifying the training is a way to dictate your training and also place the muscle under different loads at different training tempo's
 
For someone trying to get into understanding the specifics of lifting more, can you ELI5 the tempo stuff for me? I always enjoy your explanations Bob!

I can vouch that since working with Bob and practicing more tempo work, I have seen many good things in terms of mmc and just overall workout quality. Take it away Bob!

Ok, so here are my impressions on some Re1gn Krushers that I was hooked up with.

Taste
Stuff doesn't taste horrible but it's also not all that tasty so, 50/50. It's a ok drinkable from me.

Effects
I can now legitimately confirm that there's a decent amount of y alkaloids in this stuff. My nose was runny real quick, slight cold feeling but not tipped over the edge to shivering territory, profuse sweating, and slight gut uneasiness but no sharts. IMHO what OL did here was recreate something very similar to how PES Enhanced felt minus the sharts. For me, the stuff came on pretty quick and strong. I did a back workout this morning. I feel like it's lacking in the zoned in mental feel of let's say DMAA, AMP, and DMHA so what you're getting here is pretty much energy that hits pretty hard.

Notes
I used 2 scoops just fyi. I think there's a demographic for this and for those that enjoyed PES Enhanced, you should take a look at Re1gn. I didn't notice out of the norm pumps with this stuff so, expect mainly if not virtually all just straight up energy. These days I like the feel of AMP and DMHA preworkouts better without the 50/50 gut feels and profuse sweating whilst feeling kind of chilly but that's really just due to personal preference IMHO because I can see how some people may like how Re1gn feels.

Re1gn

Dose - 1.5 Scoops Fasted

Energy - About 15-20 minutes after consumption it starts to rush, and then it levels out and provides a streaming focus. This will most likely keep hitting me and staying with me upward till 9 AM or so. This stuff hits and lasts super long, for those who train loner then 60-90 minutes this stuff will keep you focused.

Pump - Not bad, but again in a fasted state its always going to be harder to achieve or grab a pump. I intake around 16-24oz of water before heading to the gym and add sea salt to try and aid the pump. Its noticeable, but does not kick in as fast as hard when going in with a pre-workout meal inside you. Especially if you have the flexibility to add carbs peri workout.

Sides - None to note, no crashing, no sweats, no shivers, no anxiety etc, and I have not crashed once taking this product. I know some others get these, but I wanted to test the waters in a fasted and fed state with the higher dosing to see how I truly respond to the product.

"Took 1 scoop this morning (Krushers). Nose started running pretty quick, felt the chills, profuse sweating. Energy-wise, pretty effective at 1 scoop. 2 scoop basically came on real strong with a more lasting effect of those y side effects."
 
I envy those that react well to y products, shivers and negative thoughts always accompany any products I have taken containing it. Stoked to see that re1gn lived up to the hype!

Dose - 1 Scoop Fasted
Pumps - Still lacking compared to a fed workout after giving this a go a few times. I tried adding in some peri-workout carbs (30g HBCD) to bring out the pumps and vasculairty, but no where near as effective as food and a full blown pre-workout meal. Still they pumps come on as the workout prolongs, but with a meal it is almost instant and right out of the gate you feel the pumps.

Energy - Instead of a prolonged focus, this hits you hard right away, and then levels off. No jitters to note, no shivers, no cold sweats, everything is just like a spark of energy that levels off and provides a nice smooth focus aspect for the entire workout.

Energy - Trained Fed and it does not hit as hard out of the gate, but the soothing energy and focus are strong. I try to be smart and space things out from my meal so it does not diminish the stim. Overall I find this best for me, but I also know that when I train fasted I still have great workouts, just the pump is the lacking aspect.

Pump - So much better. friday/saturday are higher carb days, so I throw extra HBCD around my workout, and it makes a massive difference not only in pump but also performance. Pump was present off the first exercise, and with only 2 exercises for chest my chest was on fire. Hell when I was done my chest was red just from 8 working sets. Proper flexing and tempo was also a big factor of that and making sure I am stimulating the muscle right.

Pumps - Good, but again, compared to a fed workout I find the pump agents in this product hit so much harder with carbs in you. While they are still noticied they can be amplified with diet modifications. I get up too early to eat something on weekends, so I want to make sure I can just get up and go train right away and then hit a big post-workout meal.

Energy - Blew me away out of the gate, and then levels off smooth. No where did it ever give me jitters, cold sweats, or chills. I felt great the entire workout. Since I work all day saturday by the time I get out of work the gym is closed, so I had to get up early and get this workout in. Don't even need coffee on these days!

Pumps - Legs were on fire today. This workout is fast with little rest periods between sets. Every week my legs continue to get more and more vascular. The pumps from Re1gn really shined today. For some reason legs I always get a good MMC with, so to get a good pump is not very hard.

Energy - 1.5 is smooth, very nice long lasting energy, and it will stay with me for over 3 hours. Re1gn is a very powerful product and it delivers on the energy aspect.

Pump - Ive been intaking 50-60g in my pre-workout meal and its just the perfect amount to get a solid pump even with 1 scoop. 1.5 scoops brings denser and fuller pumps which also reflects in the pictures I have posted in this log. 2 Scoops I can assure would be silly on the pump level as long as you are training right and also supplying the body with ample carbs, water, and sodium to fulfill a proper pump.

Energy - At 1 scoop it is extremly smooth, no jitters, no cold sweats and great energy from start to finish with 0 crash. 1.5 I like to save for heavier days or workouts I know I just want to go in there and absolutely kill. My legs are still destroyed from Sunday where I absolutely crushed that workout. I think I trained around noon and I had strong energy till 4 PM even with taking re1gn around 11:30..

Peak 02, electrolytes, betaine, synerglut, creatine, hydromax all are important for performance and endurance so yes I will take them to optimize my training session
 
Re1gn doesn't cover any of those aspects I highlighted above. Hence why I take it. There is additional choline which can help mood and focus which is an asset to pair re1gn with

Being a huge supporter of intra workout supplementation, I would definitely recommend it man. Intra workout carbs (HBCD) so long as they fit in your macronutrients allotment, I find, help a bunch with maintaining a pump and helping with muscle recovery. Plus throw in all the compounds The Solution listed and bang, perfect environment for anabolism

I usually take 30gms of Maltodextrin post workout with my Whey. Never used HBDC for Intra. Thanks for the suggestion.

Taste

Krusherz – The flavor description from Olympus labs is this is an orange candy flavored product. Upon mixing the orange is very bright and the aroma of the product doesn’t give a distinct flavor of what to expect. The best way I can describe this flavor is a mix of an orange starburst and an orange soda. The flavor is not the strongest on the market, but Olympus Labs has never been known for top tier flavoring. This is definitely a step up from Conqu3r Unleashed, but nothing that going to taste like a pixie dusted pre-workout that thrives on a weak formula. Due to the ingredient makeup of the formula this is not going to be easy to flavor, but I have to admit Olympus Labs did take the time and effort to listen to their fans and improve on the past. After reading reviews on the other new flavors of Re1gn this seemed to be one of the better tasting options.

Mixability
Re1gn has a very light makeup to the powder. A few shakes and the powder dissolves with ease. There was a slight touch of foam after it was mixed that quickly went away. Each scoop is only 5g in weight, so it is not heavy, nor will it sink and sit at the bottom of your shaker. You should be able to blend this with ease in a blender bottle and have no clumps. I would suggest 8-10oz per scoop and in cold water to get the best taste out of the product.

A quick synopsis on the ingredients in Re1gn and what it provides:
5g Citrulline - Full dose for pumps, performance, and prevent lactic acid build up during training
Agmatine - Nutrient Partition / Pump agent
Pomegrante Powder - Antioxident helps improve endurance and aid pumps
Vaso 6 - A gallate-enhanced oligomer derived from GSE, containing only the peaks & fractions with the highest endothelium dependent relaxation (EDR) activity. Higher EDR activity leads to increased vasodilation & blood flow. OL calls it “Super epicatechin” because the peaks contain catechin & epicatechin molecules.

Workout Performance
Fasted:
Some mornings I train right out of bed. Wake up, took re1gn, and 15 minutes later I am in the gym and going through my warm-ups and then into my working sets. Re1gn does not take long to kick in, and it really leaves a mark for quite some time. A combination of the Eris Jarensis Extract, Stim X, Theanine, and Kanna Ease leave you with a sustained focus aspect that gives you tunnel vision. You just pound out sets and keep going and you really don't even realize the volume you can accumulate. After 10 working sets I found myself still going strong with no drop in performance or energy. With the combination of the pomegrante powder, vaso6 and astragin this leaves you with plenty of pumps agents to feel your skin harden during a training session. While the pumps were nothing that stood out, its always going to be that way when you train first thing upon waking with no food or carbs in your system. Let alone your water intake and sodium levels are low, which are two huge factors that can help lead to better pumps.

Fed:

Whenever I train in a fed state I like to give my pre-workout meal ample time to digest (90-120 minutes). Anytime I train with a stim i want it to hit hard, and the best way is to separate it as far as possible from food. 15 minutes prior to training re1gn was taken down, and then it takes me 10 minutes to get to the gym and about 10-15 minutes to get into my working sets. In a fed state re1gn does not hit as fast as a fasted workout, but it does seem like it lasts much smoother and longer from all the nootropic and cognitive enhancers in the product. Like I stated in a fasted workout that the pumps are nothing to rave over, it is a different story when you set yourself up for optimal training and get a decent chunk of carbs, sodium, and water in your system. Agmatine and citrulline are two well known ingredients that really help assist in this aspect of the product, as the astragin is the icing on the cake to help deliver this to your system to a faster degree. Overall I thought the 200ish (never took 2 scoops) mg of caffeine would be too much for me, but it really was smooth due to the theanine and other performance agents to help give a long sustained release of energy that never was overbearing or made me jittery.

Things to note
- No side effects of cold sweets, jitters, or shivers
- Energy is very long lasting and streaming both fed and fasted state
- Pumps were weaker in a fasted state, but that was fixed by adding HBCD Pre-workout and a dash of salt with 16-24oz of water .
- Overall very well rounded pre-workout and even not at a full 2 scoops can deliver 3+ hours of energy and really harden your muscles during training. Highly suggest!
