I highly recommend getting Tex-Mex or hole-in-the-wall authentic Mexican. When I had Mexican on east coast it was the most depressing experience of my life. I'll ask a few friends for some recommendations.

Last day in Texas.. Basically wake up.. Workout... Get breakfast and lunch provided by company and fly home.
Hopefully tomorrow morning I wake up to re1gn and we can get this bad boy kicked off.

Today i am hitting a leg day workout in nutrabolt before I leave from John Meadows program called 28 days later. I will attach it below for anyone who wants to have a puke inducing workout.. Mind you.. You have to follow it to a T with short rest periods and you will feel your legs want to die.

Lying leg curl - Do a good 3-4 to sets to warm up. Working Set 15 hard reps. The last rep should be very
hard, but you can do it with good form. After this I want only 45 second rest break between sets and go to
failure on all sets. Do 5 sets total. 5 total work sets .

Leg press - Start at 1 plate a side and just keep adding until you can barely make 10 reps. Each rep should
have a 3 second eccentric and then blast it up out of the bottom. Try not to lock out, go to% lockout and
ten come right back down. Place your feet where you feel you are the most powerful. We will call this 3
work sets. (3 Sets)

Squats - This week the squats are not being done explosively, now they are being done for pain and for
pump. I want sets of 20. Find a weight that is a pretty tough 20, and do 4 sets with it. This should really
smoke your legs. (4 Sets)

Leg extensions - I want 3 sets of 8 here. On each rep lockout and flex for 3 seconds. Try to use a pretty
heavy weight too! On your 3rd set after you hit your 8 reps, tack on 20 bottom half partials to destroy
your tear drop! (3 Sets)

Hack Squat 1.s's - What a great way to finish legs ........ so go all the way down, come half way up, go all
the way down, and then come all the way up. That's 1 rep, now just do 9 more and your first set is in the
books. (3 Sets)

I know exactly what you mean!! Complained about this in the official forum... This was first quick and decent video I seen without any nonsense.. maybe add next video of effects while during workout..u feel the ingredients working apart from the stims

If you don't capture your audience and string out your point people lose their train of thought, and lose attention. That is why I am straight to the point.

He is annoying at first. But, he grew on me like an effn parasite. Can't get rid of it. His style is what sets him apart from the rest of the Ytubers. He has 2500 subscribers and he gets around 2200 hits on his videos. I'd say that's pretty good (unlike having 500K subs and 40K hits). His followers are pretty strong and most of them watch it till the end (you'll know it from the comments section).

Dose: 1 Scoop. Going to sit here for a while before thinking about 1.5 or higher.

Energy/Mood/Focus: Energy, mood, and focus is great. The energy is very long lasting, streaming, and I can even feel it upward to 3 hours. 0 signs of cold sweats, shivers or, jitters as others have commented on.

Taste: Krusherz I am finding 10oz a sweet spot. While it is not the sweetest orange candy flavored product, you still get a good hint of watered down candy. Still much better then Conquer Unleashed

Pumps: Pumps are also on point as well. Not the strongest pumps but they are noticeable and kick in pretty fast during this workout. After rack pulls my low back was already pumped, so I know that will be sore as F tomorrow especially the last few days sitting in meeting chairs and flying on airplanes.

It's not really my style, I'd rather something a bit more to the point. But there's no denying that it's popular and people tune in...there are a lot of YouTubers who aren't my style but have gotten popular. They've clearly found their audience. And because I'm pretty sure the YouTube algorithm takes user watch time into account when determining recommendations, if they can get people to tune in for a decent amount of time, even if not the whole video, it'll probably just boost their popularity more (that's how those silly Let's Play video gaming channels got very popular for a while).

I do notice my competitive video game performance increases post workout after using reign ;) haha. Really though, going to sound weird.. But I've been playing out of my mind and perhaps it is somewhat due to reign lol.

Haha shooter (pubg) and an arena moba (battlerite). My decision making and being a 'step ahead' has really been prominent in the moba though. Lol..

Dose - 1.5 Scoops with 16oz Water (Cold).. No problems with taste

Energy - Really strong.. This came on pretty quick (15-20 min), and then just stayed very strong, and is still strong write now as I type my workout. I have a feeling this may prolong till 10-11 in length. Thats one of the best aspects of re1gn

Pump - Strong.. Chest is a huge strength of mine, so for me to get it pumped it not hard. There are some tips you can do to enhance the pump, and also if you are smart with your programming you can get your chest pumped with proper form and exercise selection. Arms looked damn nice in the mirror. Really happy with how they are looking as I reverse. Getting full and fast.

Sides - None to report.. no shivers, no jitters, no cold sweats..

Difference I Notice from 1.5 & 1 Scoops

Pump --> I can get a pump off my first 1-2 sets with 1.5 scoops, where 1 scoop may take 1-2 exercises for it to kick in. Pump will literally get your muscle engaged right off the getgo with 1.5 scoops, 1 is not a full dose of the ingedients but still your skin will get hard and really kick up as you get into your workout.

Energy - The major factor is the focus. 1.5 had my energy strong from 6 AM till about 10 PM, where 1 scoop lasted around 3 hours (6-9AM). No jitters, no shivers, no cold sweats between both dosings.

Pictures are also above for those about the pump. Pretty decent especially coming off a cut and now trying to add some calories back (1000 have been added in 3-4 weeks) so holding my condition pretty decent.

Pump - Strong again for chest. Compared to the other day (Wednesday) when I had 1.5 scoops my chest was still very full, and also had a great pump going right after the first exercise. Friday's I get higher carbs so I took an extra 15g pre/intra workout with my re1gn and it makes a HUGE Difference for pump (i also throw in a dash of sea salt to help with pump), and wow deadly. I would of went heavier on the DB Flat Bench but my pecs were on fire.

Energy - Honestly 0 crash. After reading so many people with cold sweats, chills, etc... I am getting nothing but long lasting energy upward to 3 hours. Energy does not come on right away, its very long lasting and smooth very similar to quake. if you want something that will punch you in the face re1gn doesn't do that due to the focus and mood enhancers based in the product.

Energy - This one smacked me right away today. Woke up and hit the iron due to a long day of work on Saturday, and the gym would be closed after. 3rd time hitting back this week and my energy was strong and my focus was spot on the entire session. 0 Complains here . 1 scoop gives me a fantastic workout

Pump - Not as strong as I hoped for, but then again I did not have much in my body prior to training.
I mixed up 30g of HBCD for pre/intra-workout and added some salt to help with pump, but even with the pump agents in re1gn it was not as good as a fed training session. Overall not bad, but you can tell it was lacking.

Going to go hard tomorrow 1.5 scoops on legs. I want to see these stumps blow up!

The longer I trained the harder they got, and the pump got deeper the faster I pushed the supersets. Just doing the straight sets on V-Squats were painful.

I sent out 4 scoops to another guy on another board who I hold to high regard on his feedback. I can't wait to see what he says.

Pump - Back is a weak bodypart for me, getting a nice pump and keeping the MMC Strong is always a benefit with Re1gn. Compared to the fasted workout the other day its always much better getting a meal in me with 40-50g of carbs prior to training. My body gets hot pretty fast, and skin gets hard and the pump is strong off the first exercise alone. This kicks in fast.

Energy - No crashes or jitters. Everything is very smooth with re1gn. I do note it does take a bit for it to hit you, but the smooth long lasting energy prevents any crashes and keeps you steaming along the deeper you get into your workout. If you do post workout cardio you will zip right through out. The only thing that hurts is doing HIIT and the pumps from Re1gn kicking in!

Compared to the fasted workout the other day its always much better getting a meal in me with 40-50g of carbs prior to training. My body gets hot pretty fast, and skin gets hard and the pump is strong off the first exercise alone. This kicks in fast.

Energy - No crashes or jitters. Everything is very smooth with re1gn. I do note it does take a bit for it to hit you, but the smooth long lasting energy prevents any crashes and keeps you steaming along the deeper you get into your workout. If you do post workout cardio you will zip right through out. The only thing that hurts is doing HIIT and the pumps from Re1gn kicking in!
For someone trying to get into understanding the specifics of lifting more, can you ELI5 the tempo stuff for me? I always enjoy your explanations Bob!
