The soft and the hard body type! why and how?

Hey guys!
Now normally i do my own research quite often, but the lack of words is going to keep my research at a decreased level within this topic.
My question is; Have any of you reconzied that some peoples muscles are hard/dry others more bloated/engorged.

Now ive been working out for some time, and i would state that i do quite have alot of mass while my fat is around the low area "-13%" nevertheless i would say my muscles are looking more bloated/engorged then hard/dry, i know that body fat has alot to say here, but try think past that.

In my own opinion i dont look as quicked as others, when walking around not flexing. But boom, when i hit my pose and flex my muscles simply pop out and show off alot more then others! Some of you might know what im talking about, sometimes i wish i had more of that hard shaped body, when laying on the beach n such!

And an other thing that i have noticed is that when i start working out. My muscles Nlarge to an whole nother level then most peoples, this is my prime time and the reactions from people is: Crazy
It still bothers me that i look way overpowered when filled with blood/flexing n not when just relaxing like other dudes out there

I know about the myofibrillar growth / sarcoplasmatic growth "myth!?" nevertheless have you guys noticed any supplements that have helped you in wich one direction, workouts, diets, foods, tips n tricks??

Maybe some of ya got some sience behind, ure welcome to post it :) thanks all

13 percent is not bad but if you want the hard look bring your body fat down to single digits. Also supplements that lower estrogen like erase will help.

I think it is mostly down to bf levels and skin thickness or the amount of collagen in it technically your skin should become thinner while you age so if you are young muscles could be bloated compared to older lifters.

Muscle maturity is also another issue as they become more hard looking over a period of time.

The state of cardiovascular system would also play a role as bigger and more pronounced veins will appear you will start to look bigger, harder.

I am not sure there is really any science behind do you have pics of what you mean.

Yeah muscle machority. May come into play on bbs that are 3 percent fat. But Im pretty sure this guy is probably talking more about what you see on fitness models. Lol If he is talking about bb then anything that doesnt aromatize and is highly androgenic will work. Ha tren or halotestin. At 13 percent some diuretic type suppls might work if its just for a day or two at the pool or beach. I know one just came out but cant remember who makes it.

Brothers im not new to this game ;) im talking about the average super dedicated lifter! some are simply just harder looking whilst others softer, even tough they are at the same level of fat %

now im going to compare two bodybuilders, jay cutler / ronnie coleman.. one has the more softer muscles, that become way harder and even pop more when flexing... Jay cutler on the other hand looks rock solid, when posing aint much happening... I know these are pro´s and on tha juice, but now u have an understand of what im trying to discuss..

Yes estrogene does cause water retension, but here we are talking about hormonal imbalances. ill try hook ya´ll with some pictures of what im talking about...

Nevertheless Eliot holse, has discussed this and mentioned that it could be due to way more myofibrilar adaptions witnin strengthlifters then bodybuilders, he took a low body fat % strenghtlifter and he looked rock hard.

A bodybuilder at the same body % this muscles were way more bloated, when posed they simply grew and showed off alot better. So we have 2 body types and dependent on the training program used... yet again, this could be a myth or maybe theres something to it..

ill try take a picture, and to show what i mean by puffymuscles "noroids" whilst others might be rock hard at same %

Well alot of the look is probably genetic just like muscle shape. No matter how big you get more than likely you wont have a bicep peak like ronnie or a split like boyer coe. I would imagine how cut you appear while not flexing is genetic if we are not talking bodyfat percentage. Ive seen dudes with guts that have lean arms. Im the opposite. I have large arms but dont get good cuts until I get really low. On the other hand I can carry way more than fat than normal and see abs. Im not a big beleiver in the diffrent type of training giving diffrent looks other than havy lifting might give you a thicker waist/lower back. I did westside for a few years and have done regular style volume workouts for years. Muscles look same when lean. I will say my tricpes were probably the biggest when doing westside.

I do know what your saying now though. If you didnt know me you would think I was on dbol or anadrol all the time even when Im on nothing. I always get large pumps and muscles are big with shape but not alot of cuts until I get really low.
