yeah i have no idea why consideirng my diet was basically all meat and veggies, and i weighed myself in the morning no food and after a massive dump

, yeah im thinking of having maybe 100g of white rice a day 6 days a week and every friday just go overboard with rice and sweet potato whilst still maintaining the same amount of protein and veggies. aah yeah i understand man, hahah seems like ive got some catching up to do! ive just been to a chinese resturaunt for lunch and had 2 large servings of rice and then for dinner i had 2 steaks and 4 gluten free buns, im just about to have 300g lean mince with 100g of white rice, and then my last meal (if i can stomach it) will be 250g of Basa Fillet with another 100g of rice which should end up being a decent carb up day

actually good man, im jus twaiting for my cert III to come in the mail, ive done all the theory for cert IV, im doing the cert IV theory exam on monday, im not too sure what i need to do for the practical side of Cert IV though, ill ask when i hand in my exam, but considering im back to lifting i should be able to handle it. whats the ETA of you doing OH&S?
