The Road Back to Diesel with Purus Labs ConDense

I got my hands on my ConDense last night and I grabbed a quick back workout. It was a bad day to start ConDense because my dog as been sick and keeping me up for the last 4 days (nothing the vet can do right now) so I have been getting 3 hours of sleep a night. There is no way I would have been able to workout if it weren't for the ConDense.

Taste: The stuff tastes great. Not so much Jolly Rancher like some people said IMO. Its not tart or sour. To me it tastes EXACTLY like green apple laffy taffy or air heads. Very refreshing and very delicious.

Energy/Focus: To me this is where this stuff really shines. Its just your simple 200mg caffiene like your typical NoDoz. Nothing more, nothing less which is not a bad thing. It provides a great amount of energy and focus while not making you crackhead or keeping you up all night. The beauty of it to me is the versatility this allows. Want to do EC stack? No problem just pop some primatene tabs with it. Major 1,3 fan? Also not a problem just add it on top of it. Nuetropic freak? take this with caffiene free Focus XT for an amazing stack. 200mg caffiene is almost standard in every formula so you can add diff stimulants to fit your needs. If you just need a good boost and do not want to be up all night take it as is. Honestly, you do not really need to add anything to it but if you ever want to or experiment it can be completely customizable which is great.

Pumps and endurance: I had a really ****ty workout due to lack of sleep and exhaustion not too mention I had to rush through the workout. I still managed to get a great pump which never would have never happened with as little as I had time to do had I not taken ConDense. I cannot wait to see how it does when I am rested and ready to go.

Overall, I was very weak with not a lot of endurance due to my circumstances. However, I was pleased with ConDense because without it, I never would have even made it to the gym. I also got a great pump which shocked me so this product definitely works as advertised there. The dog is going to observation for a few days at the vet later today so I will be getting more sleep and give this product a much deserved better workout. So far I am very impressed though.

Solid numbers considering the circumstances. Hope your buddy gets to feeling better!

Thanks I hope he gets better too. Little guy never leaves my side so im hoping that he starts feeling better or that they at least find out whats wrong.

I bartend on the weekends to supplement some cash since my real job is straight commission. I think im going to have to chug some ConDense before since I am still exhausted and see how pumped I get while carrying kegs up and down 2 flights of stairs.

Can't wait for legs this week. All my work pants already barely fit around my ass/thighs. Throw some ConDense on top and I can already hear the seams exploding

Sorry guys ended up being slammed all weekend. I will update tomorrow but all I can say is that y'all are goin to like this

Ok so Friday night I ended up being slammed at work as I figured I would be. About 1000+ people at a bar with only two bartenders working. With such little sleep, around 7pm I slammed 2 scoops of ConDense and it literally saved my life. Unbelievable energy from 400mgs of caffiene and the BA tingles kicked in strong. I probably carried 10-15 full sized kegs up three flights of stairs and my arms were so pumped that I thought they were going to explode. Several people commented on how massive my forearms looked and one group began calling me Popeye. I worked until 6am that night without crashing. I will try to limit using condense for workouts only but I needed a massive pickup and ConDense saved the day. Also I used a dash of it to make a shot out of sheer curiosity. A dash of ConDense, splash of Fireball, Vodka, splash of cran = pretty damn good washington apple shot

Haha epic man!!!

Sunday I managed to get a great leg workout in. Back still isn't back to normal so I once again stopped before I would struggle too much to prevent it from being aggrevated. The good news is I was able to do more reps without struggling. The bad news is trying to walk with ConDensed pumped legs sucks majorly. Trying to sit down for my post dinner dump literally almost ended with me falling off to the side on the bathroom floor.

Standing Cable Crunches:

3 sets x 125 to failure

Overall felt great. Got an additional 2 reps at 315 before they started to become difficult. To compensate for having to stop short on my heavy sets, I decided to do a max rep burnout set with light weight. 31 reps of squats combined with ConDense was literally the most pumped my legs have ever been. I thought they were going to explode but I am definitely seeing an increase in endurance. That much volume with all the work and no sleep was an accomplishment and I believe ConDense has something to do with it. Also I began doing one set of pull ups just short of failure on legs days. Doing this in the past seemed to make my back stronger and bigger. The key is not to overdo it so a few light sets or one set taken to just before failure always worked best for me. Going to catch another workout this afternoon so I will update with results.

225 x 31?! Damn!

Ended up having to help a buddy move last night so my bench workout got delayed until tonight. Was going to deload this week but the girl is coming in town this weekend so I will probably just deload next week.

Ok last night I grabbed a chest workout. Shoulder hurt a bit still but strength and endurance were great. Took 1.5 scoops of ConDense and got after it.

Shoulder was aching but I was pumped up from the ConDense and ready to finally increase the weight in bench. Did a more powerlifting style of warm up to get the flood flowing but not pre exhaust anything. I was pretty surprised I got as many as I did with 225 my endurance was great and strength is coming back. Still a long way off but getting there week by week. I was even more impressed to do that well on close grip right after since I have not done it in so long. Had awesome pumps my chest looked like ballons. Definitely impressed witht he pumps and endurance with this stuff. Guess this is what I was missing out on by not making BA a staple. I have some SNS cissus getting here tomorrow so hopefully that helps the shoulder recover more. All in all very pleased.

Back day is coming tomorrow and I will hopefully be throwing deadlifts back in the mix finally. Here is another motivational video. The original combination of this as the 6 rules to live by video was the best but I can't seem to find it.

Back day today pumped to do deadlifts again. Hopefully my back feels good and I can go balls to the wall

Had a pretty solid back workout. Deadlift was where I expected it to be. It has a long way to go. Took 1.5 scoops of ConDense and went to bust it out.

Overall pretty solid workout. Deadlift has a ways to go but wasn't terrible. Had an awesome pump with ConDense as usual. Had a serious case of invisible luggage leaving the gym. Solid endurance as well. Definitely thinking I am going to pick up a few tubs

Even though I just did back last week, an old workout partner was in town and dying to do some deads and back so I ended up doing back two workouts in a row about 4 days apart. I never do this because I like to have a lot of recovery between deadlift sessions but this one actually went really well. We worked out Sunday morning and I was a little wiped because Friday night my girl came in town and we went out. I ended up getting maybe 3 hours of sleep Friday. Sunday morning I hammered down 1.5 scoops of ConDense and hit the gym.

Overall great workout. Endurance with ConDense seems to get better each workout. I got one extra rep of 405 on deads when I usually do a few less my second workout after starting to do them again. Every muscle in my body is sore, even my neck and hand muscles. Pumps were not as great but I think that was mostly due to me being dehydrated from Friday night. I still got pumped, just not ConDense pumped. The focus and energy was amazing this workout out as well. Found myself pacing around the gym in between every set and I had to force myself to rest a bit between sets. Also, to whoever mentioned sex on ConDense, its pretty amazing. Found myself going a few more rounds than usual

Great update and love the choice of music!

Like mahogany!! Lol

Hoping to get a Leg or Tricep/Accessories workout in today. I am doing a deload for chest this week in order to let my shoulder recoup a bit and since progress had started to stall. Its been a decent workload for muscles that havent been used in so long so I think its a good time to do it

Ok last night I grabbed a Leg/Tricep workout. I was dying after work so I decided to up the dosage to 2 scoops and all I can say was that it was awesome. Insane energy and focus. My brother had to do everything possible just to keep up. He asked what I was on (we usually take most of the same supps) and said he had to try it so I threw 2 scoops his way for his chest workout today and he is going to give me his impressions to post here. Anyways, on to the workout.

Awesome workout on 2 scoops legs and triceps were fried. My back was feeling solid so I decided to crush it and knock out some good mornings. Got one extra rep with 315 and I was very pleased since this is the first week I have incorporated both squats and deads which usually makes me weaker at first. Legs were absolutely screaming after the front squats and felt like they were going to explode. I had vasculairty that I have never had in my legs. Took a pic but my old ass workout ipod won't connect to wireless so I will see if I can get it from my computer. Endurance and pumps on ConDense have been awesome and it seems like my endurance gets better every workout. Even got an awesome PR on barbell skull crushers. Might stick to 2 scoops preworkout from here on out it really seemed to take things to the next level.

Also, I was wiped and unmotivated this morning. One scoop of ConDense (delicious in the morning btw) and by the time I was done showering I was ready to tackle the day. I will update with my brother's impression as well. Curious to see what he thinks since he is very experienced with preworkouts and a huge pump chaser. Should be right up his ally

Creative with the ConDense. :D

Honestly it tastes so good that I kind of wanted an excuse to drink it haha. I read somebodys log where they replaced their coffee with ConDense so I stole their idea

I don't drink coffee... It us good as an energy drink....

Numbers are huge again big D. Those front squats are rediculous! Funny you should say that about the morning Condense...sipping on mine as I'm typing. Lol

I could get used to being called "Big D" hahaha

Funny yall mention the vietnamese names. My uncle owns a grocery store in a vietnamese neighborhood and runs programs where he helps employ them and get them on their feet. But some had names Bitche, cunnt, and some others. He said the loudspeaker could get pretty funny at times. "*Cunnt, please report to the front register. Cunnt to the front register"

On a more serious note the morning ConDense has been working great. I have a big meeting at 1 and was nervous I would not have my work ready in time but the focus has helped me blow through it already. If i get promoted I will buy a dumptruck of this stuff

Spoke with my brother today. Said he loved the Condense. He took the full 2 scoops and he told me it took him 2 hours to finally convince himself to leave the gym. He managed to get 365x8 on bench instead of his usual 365x6. Im guessing the boost in strength was probably the stims mixed the added endurance from the BA. He has never taken BA before so the tingles feaked him out at first. Also, he mentioned it was some of the best pumps he has gotten from a preworkout and he liked that he was able to fall asleep. 1,3 products and craze tend to keep him up all night.

I am starting to get my cardio level backup after not running for 4 years. I almost have a heart attack in the sack so I decided it was time to do something. Did a mix of sprints and backwards running. My legs were already killing me but I took a scoop of ConDense and hit the track

Sprints:

40 yardsx50%
40 yardsx50%
40 yardsx50%
60 yardsx80%
100 yardsx100%
100 yardsx100%
100 yardsx100%

Pretty sad but I was literally dying after this.

Ran 1/2 (2 laps) backwards. If you have not tried this, its hell on the legs. Every muscle in my legs were screaming by the end. I think it helped buffer the lactic acid from my squat workout a bit as my legs feel much better than normal. The ConDense definitely helped motivate me to keep going when every part of me wanted to quit. Going to try to do some cardio 1-2 times a week from now on

Yeah getting back into cardio does suck! From my experience with condense so far it really shines on cardio days just gives me the focus and energry to keep going. Not to mention it makes me sweat like crazy.

Agreed. I have been taking a bit of alphamine or ConDense in the morning due to my lack of sleep to help me through the day. Days when take Alphamine and ConDense even 9 hours apart I sweat like crazy

Ok so this weekend was pretty hectic. I worked 3 shifts at the bar that were over 12 hours long a piece with football season finally starting again. Once again, I took a scoop or more of ConDense each shift to stay on top of my game. As always, the focus and energy were top notch. I feel people (myself included) forget how good plain old caffiene can be and get lost trying to find the next new designer stimulant. I also love the fact that I can fall asleep comfortably at the end of the night instead of cracked out, mind racing, lack of sleep. Also, some good news finally, I went to the chiropractor Saturday and a lot of my shoulder pain was related to my neck being severely out of place as well as my humerous being slightly twisted out of socket. Managed to get my neck fixed and my shoulder popped back into place and all of the new shoulder pain was gone within a day or two. Might still go easy on it this week just to be safe.

Managed to catch a back workout yesterday after work. Took two scoops of ConDense and hit the gym. I found two scoops hit harder than normal today and was hauling ass to the gym ready to go. Lower back was real tight from being on my feet all weekend and carrying ungodly amounts of kegs around so I am saving deadlifts for later this week.

Hard to explain those crazy one arm Tbar rows so I drew a crappy Picture to describe them:

Invalid Link Removed

Its hard to tell from the picture but you stand over it completely bent over back parallel to the floor, grip the fat end of the bar, and row. It absolutely kills forearms for the grip, and fries the upper back as well. Some of the great powerlifters I have seen train used these as their secret upper back and grip builder. Between these and everse curls, my forearms were toast.

This was a pretty uncoventional workout but very satisfying. Energy, focus, and drive were all great especially for having such a long weekend. I pr'd on my 5 rep bent over row which I was very pleased about. I had a sick pump that was actually so painful I could barely drive home. I had to bend over, rest my elbows on my knees, and move my head and face up in down to wash my face and hair in the shower after I was so pumped. Definitely going to try this workout again in a few weeks.
