Entering the last week here at 266.0. So 15 lbs in 3 weeks so far. Filling out nice. I'm not able to train real hard this week on certain movements as my elbow tendinitis has flared up badly. So I'm resting it and performing some physiotherapy exercises to restore it.
Well the cycle came to a close yesterday. Final weigh in was at 269.6. So I'm very pleased with this 4 week run. Acne flair up was rough on this cycle. So I'll be happy for that to clear in up!
Unfortunately I didn't get to test it. The last week was when I was going to test on a mini peak cycle I was doing but the week before last my tennis elbow started hurting so bad I had to cease all activities that strain that area. I'm in full rehab mode right now. I'm front squatting and safety squat bar only right now. Back squats flare my tendinitis up in a major way. I'm bummed because the cycle was going great. I know I could've hit it but I've got to get this forearm healed now. Active release therapy worked wonders for me but I had to stop going because of new insurance. I didn't get it fully healed so now I just have to suck it up and pay for treatments and let it fully heal before going balls to the wall again.
