This is my 1st log so please hang in there with me. Right now I'm 5'11 and weigh 260. I was all the way down to 235 in October but had some medical issues that have been since taken care of. So right now I'm on 2 meds for blood pressure and just started Metformin 500mg...
Here's the outline ......
Working full body 3 times a week for the 1st 2 weeks to get myself acclimated ( cardio in the A.M ...strength training in the PM after work...then to 5 day weeks with 2 days rest
I'll also be using a ketogenic diet the whole duration of the cut.
Also what I'll be using is
Norcodrene (1 pill upon waking and another one around 2)
Either DCP 2.0 or Alpha T2 (haven't decided which one yet...input would be appreciated)
Possibly Erase Pro around week 3
And of course one scoop of SuperPump Max and one scoop Hemovol as a preworkout.
I'll be posting measurements every Monday until I reach my goal.
I figure if I post a log it'll make me even that much more accountable.....Thanks
