NICE!!!

Squat PR today. 315x1

Well over the course of last week, basically went for each big lift 1rm and beat all 3 of my previous ones..

Bench 210 to 230
DL 415 to 455
Squat 265 to 325

Which also finally out me into that glorious 1000 club lol.

Some nice jumps there man. Congrats

My friend and I aren't much powerlifters as of we like bodybuilding training more but nothing beats the feeling of breaking a new PR.
Bench was 275 last summer, went through a shoulder surgery for football and this summer so far me and my friend maxed 355 almost 365 ha.
Don't know my squat max but we keep it around 405 for reps.

Not my PR but the guy I lift with can front squat 405!

Awesome Thread Idea!

Crazy numbers right there!

Since I normally compete in knee wraps for the squat and sumo for the deadlift, I tested my wrapless squat at 605x1 and conventional at 565x1 this week.

@218 Hit 8 pullups with 90lbs attached. Quality reps never felt so right!

Dude you cut a a lot of weight!

We weight roughly the same now lol strong pullin bud!

I had a knee injury and issues with my hands that caused me not to be able to lift for quite awhile. The weights coming back on and fast. Only been back at it seriously for a little over a month now.

Back is starting to get wide and thick again. Invalid Link Removed

Was at a Juggernaut training seminar yesterday and watched Brandon Lilly dead lift 550 pounds and that was with his screwed up knee!! It was amazing

The Lord gives and he takes away. I've had a rough couple of weeks with zero PRs and actually going down quiet a bit of reps in all my lifts but God is blessing me again. Reps are going back up and got 95lb DB for single armed standing military press, 7 reps right arm and 6 reps left arm. Pretty excited about it

Finally worked my way up to a 585lb deadlift and I OWNED that shizz today!!! Feeling stronger than ever and at this weight I cant wait to see what unfolds

365x5 with reverse bands. New Bench PR

255 bench press for this old man!

Finally broke the 4 wheel barrier. 405 for one to competition depth on squat.

Hit a high bar speed squat PR this morning! 425x1 moved as fast as 135x1 which has never been the case for my high bar which sucks compared to my low bar

Woohooo Deadlift PR 345! Not bad since I was struggling with 315 10 weeks ago! Super stoked!

465 squat. 11 months ago I wasn't hitting 315 to depth.

295x5 conventional deadlift at a lean 180. Been doing 5/3/1 for 6 months now and am pulling more weighing 20 lbs lighter
