Ive defiantly been getting stronger here lately. Can pinpoint why but I bet it has something to do with Mind and Muscle!
 
New bb bench press: 225lbs x8 BW: 177lbs
 
Single DL PR of 460, then 475.
 
Squatted 515 without knee wraps for a new PR last night
 
Two squat singles PRs this morning. 390 (+20) was so fast I went and hit 405. It feels good to move up a plate, finally.
 
375x9 for me today on squats without wraps. Rep PR for sure. Wanted to get 10 but it would've been an absolute grinder. Followed it up with 8 sets of 3 @ 370, 60-75s rest intervals. I was dead.
 
Hit 315x25 for squats. Had a bet with my lifting partner on who could do more. We tied haha needless to say, I'm in pain.
 
Finally get to post one! Swiss bar bench press for 245 lbs! Woohoo!

I just went over my numbers.

I went from 145 lb x6 when I had my knee injury (muscular imbalance induced) and at the end of my cut to 255x6 now at 210 lbs. Only getting stronger.

Days like this I'm proud of my numbers. I'm not in the 1.5x club YET but I may end up hitting 3 plates this time around rather quickly.

Bench went from 135x6 at the end of my cut to 175x6

Ohp went from 75 to 115x6(this is hard for me personally being 6'5 but no excuses )

Pull ups have stayed the same(weighted 25 lbs which is good because I'm gaining weight)

Moving on up!
 
Standing overhead bb press: 170lbs for 1. BW is 176lbs
 
DL volume PR of 410x7.

Exactly 1 month ago my 410 max was 3, and 3 mo's ago my 7's Max was 350.
 
Pr with a side of sinus infection.
245x8 x4 squats.

Felt like a beast then wanted to pass out from the sinus pressure headaches and tooth ache.

Team allergies. Who's with me?
 
Added 135lbs (3 plates) for my PullUps and got a clean full rep! I Was HYPE!!!
 
Finally popped 5 plates on conventional.

Saw that on IG reg. nice pulling! How'd you like the liquid grip? Grrrrip lasts my entire workout, I know LG comes off after two working sets lol

Thanks man. I really liked the stuff but will try Grrrip next. I looked for Grippp originally. lol
 
505x1 sumo pull PR today. Also sumo pulled 470x3. Old PR was 475x1. Not too much longer with sumo practice and I'll have an all time DL PR. The video of the pulls will be in my training log if you wanna check it out.
 
Squat PR single of 425, then I did it again.
 
PR this week. Flat bench 245x8
 
Cold on monday no warm up set hit 205x4 bench then 15mins later hit 405x5 on box squat had tunnel vision on that set tomorrow going after 415 dead lift
