I've been watching your vids, man. Everything is moving crazy fast! You sure you only got one in the tank on those? Hahaha nice work.

^^^ this! Man the squat you had 2 more and on th bench there was 2 more EASY!.

Nice work either way. Very stong for the body weight

thanks!

Is say I had a smooth, no struggle solid one rep. 2-3 grinders. But, as long as I keep progressing I won't change what I'm doin :)

215x9 on flat bench is a rep PR for me. Still little boy status.. Lol

vids or it didn't happen ;)

Videoed my leg press just for you today --drop set from 650 to 530
Angle sucks but it was too late to fix it when I noticed! Lol

Good presses, just be careful with locking out. It is much better to not lick out as that leaves the muscle being fully activated, where locking will put too much stress on the joints, especially when you get past 1ton, my joints will scream if I lock.

You made that look EASY!

Thank you!

Thank you! Yeah it was a soft lock, I was struggling since this was the end of my full body workout.

Kroc Rows 125's x 7 each side

Snatch Grip High Pulls 135 x 8

Next time I do Krocs will be moving down to the last row of DB's at my gym (up to 150's). Gonna need some custom made soon!! LOL

Wasn't planning on going for this today. Was just going to do a few Sumo sets with Fat Gripz, but the pump got to me and my intercostal strain is not bothering me. So I hit 435 x 1. PR by 20 pounds.

Great work dude^^

I had my 5th competition today. It was just an unsanctioned push/pull at my gym just to get some first time lifters pointed in the right direction.

I hit a 310 bench. For those of you that don't know, I've been plagued with a bad AC joint and some poor shoulder health. I've never pressed over 300 in my entire training these past 3 years. Big relief.

My deadlift was shot though. Attempt 585 but lost it at my knees. Oh well. Next time.

Thanks man. You too!! I'm on a mission for 500.

Did a push/pull meet in Canton today, deadlift only as I heal up from a pec strain. Ended up pulling 600 pounds for a huge 38# meet PR and 35# better than my best gym lift. Super excited about that.

Broke 315 for a weight PR a month ago, then hit 315 x 3 for a rep PR 2 weeks ago. Today I got 335 x 2, then 355 x 1. 2 PRs right in a row in the same workout. The 355 would have been questionable at a meet, but I'm 95% sure I hit just below parallel.

Warmed up with sumos yesterday stopping at 405 x 3 and then managed a front squat PR of 285 x 2. Light years away from my back squat of 495, but this is the first time I really have been focusing on building it up and trying to keep it in the 5-6 rep range to concentrate on form before moving up.

Strong Fronts bro!!

Yeah? Thanks man. I know the weight isn't amazing, but I really am feeling comfortable with them and have been noticing additional quad development already.

Oh yeah, that's some big boy weight. Fronts are tough man.

Cool, that makes me feel better. I am the only one that does them anywhere I go so I have no real life reference outside of the beasts on here. :)

Haha. I'm the only one that does a lot of stuff at my gym. Think I have started a Deadlift revolution in there though!!

I'm the only one in my gym too, ppl keep asking me about them and all I tell them is that they're nothing like back squats

:) There are a lot of big, strong people at my gym that really hammer the big 3, but I am still one of maybe 2-3 that sumo, OHP, and fr squat. I am so eccentric! LOL

235 x4 on pendlay rows

Kroc Rows: 130's x 7

First time ever using wrist straps. Definitely helped where my grip would usually fail on my left hand.

Hit deads hard today and after 415 for 2 reps I hit a PR for 1 rep at 435 lbs. Getting closer to 5 wheels.

Mock meet yesterday. Missed a 405 squat but hit a 265 bench for a 20 lb paused PR, and 465 dead lift for a 15 lb PR.

I hit a new PR last Monday. It was a PR at this weight, post surgery. I have pressed more before, but at a heavier weight, and not much more. Anyways, On my +1 set of OHP on 5/3/1, I hit 150 for 2 reps. The day before I weighed in at 152.4.No leg drive was used either!

Slight decline db press- 90's x8
