Thanks man. Two more lifting weeks and a deload for me. Just a small push/pull at my gym so it's a stress free day for me.
 
Missed this thread but this is epic!

Been doing a lot of beltless work lately so lots of PRs. Some of the bigger ones:

Front squat 285lbs x 3 (that's more than what I'd have probably maxed a couple months ago with my poverty front squat).

395lbs x 2 on beltless back squat: Invalid Link Removed

Not a weight PR, but I managed 75 continuous push-ups, a 16.5km/h continuous run for 10 minutes and a 1m box jump.

The 1m jump was stiff legged not bent lol. 140cm bent leg
 
Got a rep PR today on OHP: 155 lb x 8. Not sure exactly how that happened, my performance in OHP is extremely variable. I was wearing my fancy new Inzer belt, that must have been it. :)

Core and glute tightness definitely contribute to a more efficient and stronger OHP. Nice job.
 
Some really great PR's in here! Like the poster 2-3 above... OHP is insanity hard to progress in (for me anyway) so great work with that!
 
So... I saw K Brown's PR vid for rack pulls and I thought, "Ok, he's younger than me, bigger than me, and stronger than me, but I can do that!" So I did. 525 lb rack pull, PR, +10 lb over my previous best. Thank you K Brown for the inspiration!

I just refrain from lifting anything for more than 15 seconds :D

definitely lol we followed that with am AMRAP set with 60lbs and I knocked out 30 reps. Talk about pump and breathing issues lol terrible
 
5 rep PR today. 275 back squat. Kinda surprising that it's the 1st time I've done it since I've done that with front squats before... Lil bass-ackwards, but I was happy

yesterday after my last heavy bench and yoke workout some other guys were doing farmers. i figured what the hell, then they pulled out the heavy ones. the ones that were 245 unloaded. i have only moved those 10 feet before. well i did 50ft and then a 25ft run before my grip gave out. i havent even been training farmers so it is good to know that i am getting stronger overall.

I feel like a light weight compared to you guys. I just barely broke the 315 squat plateau.
 
Last Saturday had a deadlift meet PR of 402#. Also was able to go 7/8 on attempts which is a personal best. The only red light I got all day was on a missed bench attempt of 292#.

We all started somewhere. Just keep working hard and one day you will be blowing numbers away that were impossible months before. It is an amazing journey.

2 board bench w/ pause: 335x3 (PR). This was my last set, so I think I had some more in me if fresh. But, always feels good to PR on bench!
