But kale chips are yummy! Lol

Yeah kale chips are pretty good too. I forgot about those.

I should make them more often.

I went a long time without making them because I burned them... Finally figured it out a few months ago and love them now!

I wasn't sure if you guys were joking about the kale chips lol. Are the store brands any good?

Best bet is to make your own. The store brands are most likely highly processed, defeating the point of eating them.

I've never made them myself but I think it's pretty simple - just bake them in the oven and add some seasoning.

Much cheaper to make your own too.

That's what I do...just a spritz of oil and seasoning - bake 350 for about 12-15 mins. Let them sit and cool to crisp up.

Is that it?? They don't come out soggy?

I thought the "trick" to why the store ones are so yummy was due to the Kale being dehydrated for many hours at 150 degrees (thus also retaining all the positives such as digestive enzymes, etc)

Slow tedious pain in the butt process

#kalechippiecrew check in. Kale chips are the best! just make sure the leaves are dry, spray with some oil and season it with whatever flavour like chicken salt. Then bake as love2liftkat said. They will be crispy as. :) like seaweed crisps from japanese shop but healthier.

The only time they come out soggy is if you was the kale and then throw it directly in the oven. Definitely have to make sure they're completely dry.

I'll throw in my bulking smoothie. And I love my Ninja.

Blueberries
A banana
