Hey I want to know how taking 1 50mg pill of h drol is sufficient. Isn't the half life like 12-14 hours? Don't you pretty much have to take 100mg?

I have halo elite as well...I would like to start off with 50 just to see how I react although,1 pill is 50 mg.Is 1 pill a day alright? Someone who knows their stuff chime in please? Doesn't have to be op but, I would like to know final result.
