Figure this will help me keep track of my weight loss on my current cut.... I been cutting for 3 weeks now.... Here are my stats

Day 1 week 1. 188.6lbs

Week 2. 184.6lbs

Week 3. 182.lbs

I will continue to update.... This is with no supplement at all... Nothing... Just cardio and lifting.... And eating...

Will post every week.... And have before and after pics....
So let it begin... What can we ecomplish naturally..... Before pics will be up soon.... After pics after week 6.....

Again no supplements.... Just diet, cardio, lifting....
 
What is your diet going to be like?
 
Diet is 4-5 meals a day....

Eggs, chicken, apples, Greek yogurt, and natty pb.... Sometimes bacon if I'm in the mood.... 1 cheat meal a week...
