BCAAs being one of them dosed at 4g. The others include the strength and performance enhancers 3.2g of beta-alanine, 1.5g of betaine, and 2.5g of Creatine MagnaPower. The remaining two are the pump ingredients citrulline malate dosed at a heavy 7g and Nitrosigine at a gram.

20 servings per tub and come in at least two flavors with Orange Mango Mania and Bombsicle.

The new BSN Syntha-6 Protein Crisp flavor in the picture that’s shown up is Mocha, which also appears to have a slightly different look to it. Despite the cosmetic changes, the protein bar is still being referred to as the Syntha-6 Protein Crisp with the same 20g of protein and low sugar.

Haha, I agree that it's not low-stim, even if it is lower (less other stims besides caffeine) than a lot of other products. That's like saying a new Corvette isn't fast because the new Ferrari is faster, or a millionaire isn't wealthy because Bill Gates is a billionaire.

lol i think he meant since it has the absence of more exotic stims (DMHA, DMAA, DMBA, Yohmibine, Syneph etc.)

I wouldn't call 300mg caffeine low stim but i would definitely refer to this pre as a lower stim one, good for people who get nasty sides from all the other stims.

This. Thanks for clarifying. Quake 10.0 has 350 mg caffeine and it feels very low stim compared to most of the pre workouts today. 75% of the top pre's today are loaded with stims on stims PLUS 300-400mg caffeine. Dmaa, DMHA, synephrine, eria jarensis, j regia, stim x, alpha Y, hordenine, halostachine, theobromine, just to name a few. You take out all of those other exotic stims and just leave 300mg caffeine, you got something very low stim feeling.

Focus part leans on caffeine. They should lower caffeine and up AGPC dose.

I bought for Rule 1 chocolate fudge, it's alright. I bought Biox chocolate peanut swirl as-well and I freakin love it. It tastes amazing!
 
Red Velvet, Rainbow Sherbet, Choc PB, Frozen Banana, are very good flavors from rule 1. I know Rocket3015 just had a sample of the banana and stated it was his favorite banana of all time. They really nail the purity of a fresh banana in their whey.

I would put it up there with the OG USP labs Oxy Elite Banana which IMO was the best banana on the market.
Behind that XF 2.0 Banana Cream is very good, but the macros scare people away from how good the flavoring is. If you want a less caloric dense option Metabolic Nutrition Banana is something to consider.

quake feels "lower" stim due to the l-theanine... smooths out the "punch"

Quake also has 200mg Theanine in it as well, which tames the hit of the 350mg considerable. The same thing happened to Wreckage...the 100mg theanine zaps a lot of the "pop" from the 300mg caffeine....this is the reason I absolutely hate theanine in pre workouts. If I take 300mg of caffeine in a pre, I damn well want to feel it!

300+mg caffeine is high to a lot of people even if it doesn't have the exotic "fun" stims in there.

Not a big deal....just an opinion on your comment, that's all.

Personally, i like 250-300mg caffeine regardless of bonus stims or not though I can handle much higher doses pre workout and still be A-OK.

i got to beta-sample the orange when I got to visit Nutrabolt HQ in August, and they absolutely crushed that flavor. Extremely dense and packs a punch

I've tried three of the Syntha-6 crunch bar flavors and thought they were good. Definitely going to try the mocha, I never had the chance to try their Mochaccino flavored protein powder.

at first pass i looked at that yohimbe and saw 40mg and was like WTF - DEATHHHH haha.. then i read the extract at 3.2mg... whew.

Nothing ground breaking here i feel, don't like how the extended energy is in a prop too, i mean we can deduce that the theacrine is less than 85mg... also whats with KSM-66 in an energy blend? is that a thing? I take it pre-bed because people say how relaxed it makes them feel. Seeing it in more and more pre's, that said when DAA was hot everyone chucked it in pre's which was fkd bc its the last thing you want to take on an empty stomach *dem squirts*

Had my first Syntha 6 crunch bar this weekend and was very happy with how good it actually was. Dont know why I waited so long to try one. Will most likely give this one a try as well.

Solid overall, but a bit much theanine for my taste. More choline would be nice, but not an absolute necessity, as there are other ingredients that will provide focus.

Why do they put in antioxidants like Vitamin C in a Pre workout product?
Human studies suggests to not use antioxidants pre or postworkout because it would have negative effects for building muscles.

Vitamin C has been shown to help prevent nitrate tolerance & ingredient absorption.

why you see it in pre-workouts that are contain nitrates such as (Quake, C4 etc..)

I ended up getting the sweet potato pie because they were out of blueberry cobbler, but the flavor is spot on. I wasn't disappointed at all. I drink Fairlife milk and putting it in that made an amazing shake. And it's real food!!! Looking forward to seeing some gains.

helps with absorption of some ingredients IIRC...

Also, at these doses, the amount of impact that an antioxidant would have on muscle building is so small its not even worth the thought

I like it, alot of overlapping with their Intra tho.

Interesting that finally most Pre-WO put a high dose of Citrulline (Malate) in their formula. I wonder why this was not the case much sooner? I use this stuff in bulk for many years.
