but 100% Agree with you on the choc bday. I will most likely enjoy it if the base is done properly.

Just recently got the cotton candy I was promised and it was real gud! now I feel cockblocked over this pineapple lol

top 3 one bars for me are

birthday cake
white choc raspberry
lemon cake

mind you i have only tried those + cookies and cream and cookie dough. Being in Aus we don't have access to all of the flavours, would love to try almond bliss and choc mint, keen as to try chocolate birthday cake though!

I received two bars, I ate both. If I purchase a box I will let you know and ship some out to you. I don't need anything in return for a few bars. I have some others I am going to get through before buying a new box.
 
I also have access to the ONE bars locally, don't even need to order, so I am happy to help out brothers from another country out with difficult to find flavors. This shop even lets you do a mixed box for the sealed single flavor box price. I'm trying to get them to become a board sponsor as they also have a website.
 
My gym recently picked up all the Oh Yeah ONE bars. Hoping they get the new Chocolate Bday Cake in.

I tried the Cellucor cinnamon. Although it's pretty good not worth the macros (a bit higher carbs & 250cals).

BPI Best cinnamon crunch crush the Cellucir bar!

I actually like the Cellucor cinnamon bars plus I can fit them into my macros here and there. Have not tried BPI bars so I can't really compare the 2

Don't get me wrong I like them too and yeah can fit in an extra 50-60 cals easy but I'd rather have s one bar
You'll need to try bpi bars, so good dude.

Snagged it at a Kroger in Texas...it was sweet & salty with a strong bacon flavour hnnngggg

The bpi cinnamon crunch with the graham cracker pieces is legit one of the best if not the best protein bar I've ever had. The cookies and cream was just mehh to me.

The brand has put together four flavors for the supplement, Cookies and Cream, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Chocolate Mint and Vanilla Caramel. All four flavors have also been produced in the usual two tub sizes, 2 and 5lbs.

Cinnamon crunch was the best by far but I also enjoyed S'mores. I will buying both when they finally release them... sigh.
 
I just ate a chocolate birthday one bar. Was good, might like the vanilla one a bit more, but that's because I love vanilla. Chocolate lovers will like

No idea, BPI isn't a big fan of me lol. The owner gave us the one bar to try, will see if I can find out when they're for sale

BPI formulas don't excite me much although their flavouring of aminos is great from sample I tried. But their bars are legit and I will make a bold statement - Best tasting low cal, high fiber bar made to date.
 
Bars are best when fresh, then they all go to poop. It's easy to flavor a bcaa with 2.5g of bcaa's in it (peptide bcaa's are 50% or less bcaa), That's like flavoring water. BHB needs a minimum of 7-10g to be effective and register ketones, the product they have, has roughly 3.

Not a single picture seen this day... using imagination. :P

How does it compare to the coconut? which was the only flavor of theirs I liked on those "One" bars. Found the majority to be fairly chewy with odd after tastes.

I rank them mint, cakes, almond for me. The difference between mint and alomond to me isn't that far. If you like the original bday cake you will like this one, as a chocolate version.
