Hahah DAMN, that's some Mint hate! Not even a PRESENCE! I'm pretty sure that's what it is though on a serious note. The product looks very interesting but not down with that flavour from what I see so far. Still, OL doing big things! From a PH company to making some top-notch formulations!

I'm assuming you are talking about the OL product and not WCM. Any full labels of the product posted yet? I'm interested to see if this is going to give E9 a run for its money.

Ok now that I know which product you are referring to, I hope you guys make a review thread like you did with GV. I normally don't care what people's opinions are on flavouring much except my own, but I'm interested to see how people received this tricky and divisive flavour.

So I have been trying to put the review up but an error on my side. The maple Buttermilk pancake Myofeed is pretty good. You can taste the maple, a little faith but good. It's a flavor you have to try to see how you like it

Theres just no need for that. Only person who can need that is someone like these Natural world champs walking around with striated everything , I can't even imagine how someone in a caloric excess or not sub 6% bf can handle that. Complete shock to your body.
 
I don't know half of what's in there. I tend to stay away from those kinds of products personally, especially unknown stims.

Very little not to like about this bar in your mouth, too. Good God. I demolished this entire bar before I typed everything I’m about to say. For all MusclePharm’s talk about being softer than other bars, this bar leads with an even softer chew. The real sprinkles on top (or jimmies if you’re dumb) add a playful grit to keep this party rockin’. You’ve got two flavors here – vanilla frosting and sprinkles. That’s it. It’s birthday cake. Just order a box; I can’t describe it any further because I inhaled it. I just know that I loved it, and I love confectioner’s glaze, and I love pretending that I’m healthy by eating multiple birthday cake protein bars in one sitting. Here’s your only criticism of OhYeah! ONE Birthday Cake – sprinkles will be flying all out of the package all up in your face and ****. There’s also so many of them on the bar that if you don’t love the taste of sprinkles, you’ll be turned off. Me? I’m turned on, literally.

MP's bars are weird. Some are right at what the product claims (60g a bar)
then you will get ones that are 1.5x the size of what is written on the package. Literally got a bar that was over 90g

I've had the birthday cake MP well under too when they first came out. Now they're either 60g exactly or well over 60g like you have above. Weird.
 
My buddy got them when they came out and his whole box was around 45-50g
i saw this happen with some of the first run's of Quest S'mores
I had a few Box's of quest bars and they were all under label claims.

Blueberry Lemonade - This was a very interesting flavor. The blueberry is dominant right away, as there is a slight lemonade aftertaste. Myself not being a major lemon fan this was refreshing. Since the blueberry reigns supreme in this product it has a good 70/30 ratio breakdown in flavor. While the flavors could compliment each other a bit better if you love blueberry this will be a hit.

I had 0 problems mixing this pre-workout. I have tried 8/10oz in the sample packs I tried of this product and it mixed with a few shakes. Nothing bad to say about the product here.

- Beta-Alanine is non-essential amino acid which serves a precursor to Carnosine. Carnosine is able to delay fatigue in the working muscle by reducing the build-up of, or “buffering”, Lactic Acid.
- Betaine Anhydrous, also known as Trimethylglycine, is the amino acid Glycine with three methyl groups attached. It has been shown, throughout multiple studies, to increase power output and/or muscular endurance at doses of 2.5g daily
-Agmatine is a metabolite of Arginine which has been shown to activate the enzyme Nitric Oxide Synthase in Endothelial cells (blood vessels) which is directly responsible for triggering the production of Nitric Oxide
-Alpha GPC is the most bioavailable source of Choline and is the only form actually shown to increase power output in athletes following oral ingestion
- Caffeine (Stimulant)
- Theanine has been shown in several double-blind placebo controlled studies to not only reduce the negative side effects of Caffeine, but ENHANCE the cognitive benefits as well
- Hordenine has been shown to augment Noradrenaline-induced muscle contraction but without directly increasing muscle-contractions itself.
- . Catalyst contains 50mcg of Huperzine-A, not enough to cause an Acetylcholine overload, but more than enough to augment the role of Alpha GPC in muscle contraction and potentially provide some Nootropic benefits as well

Workout Reaction

I got a sample pack of this to try, so I dosed this pre-workout upon waking in a fasted state. My usual input of caffeine is ~ 200mg so this was a touch above my normal dosing. The energy came on fast and was prolonged for a good period of time (Nootropics in formula). The pump was decent, but nothing crazy you would get from a solo pump non stimulated product. The key feature here was the recovery and endurance aspects in this pre-workout. The Betaine and beta-alanine are in high dose to give you those side effects in your training. This was a good pre-workout, nothing top of the shelf Conqu3r wise, but a very cost effective option.

Cost

29.99$ for 30 Servings. Around 1$ a serving for an open label product is a very affordable pre-workout. Not to mention you are getting adequate doses of the ingredients in the profile. A Simple Nootropic/Stimulant based blend with performance enhancing materials (BA, Betaine, Agmatine) to help enhance your workout. A Very cost effective pre-workout
