THE MOST POWERFUL NATURAL ANABOLIC

EMPIREMIND

Well-known member
I always see these posts where new members are asking for advice on the best new supplement to build muscle. Often times they are recommended some of the top tier natty anabolics, we all know the names of them, they are effective, but lets be honest.

The absolute greatest anabolic at your disposal is..... FOOD!

Nutrition is paramount, it is one of, if not the biggest aspects of bodybuilding.

Not trying to discourage people from using supplements or even aas, its your own choice, but pay your dues first. Get your diet and training in check first!

Buying an extensive stack is great, but you cannot buy a physique. You need to be consistent, put your time in and earn it, it doesnt happen overnight.

Amen brotha.

Like most people, I have been a victim of myself - wanting to buy something to get me where I want to be. I wasn't being honest with myself about my desire, the work I was willing to put in, and what I really wanted. I would say, "sure I KNOW my diet needs to be in check, but what I'm gonna buy this crazy stack and lose a ton of weight" and then I'd take a bunch of stuff and see moderate results. Deep down, I was just hoping I could find achievement in a pill or a powder.

And Deca with a dash of Tren! oh natty stacks :D !!!

Yeah sure there are a lot floating around these days.. But notthing beats a great diet..

Its funny you bring that up, because i always see these guys at the gyms who use drugs to grow instead of food. Alot of the times im shocked when i find out about the people who are on gear, because they look terrible lol.

For sure.

But food is often overlooked to a degree (or, undermentioned) because a good appropriate diet is assumed. Plus, diet can be somewhat unexciting when contemplating supplements that may be perceived to promise accelerated progression.

I mean, I would like to think most of us have spent *some* time experimenting with macro variables to assess how they impact gains. As such, supplements are unchartered territory (hence what makes them exciting).

Your definitely right, but you would be suprised. I grow like a weed when i eat right, i put on weight with no problem at all, and dudes always come up to me and ask how i get so big, my answer is food and they think im lying. They dont get it. There is no way you could really question it if you have successfully nailed a diet before. The results are all the proof you would need. Same thing with cutting down . diet is so crucial. But especially growing, food should always be first before supps or drugs. Its alluring at the thought of these supps and the possibilities, but they are designed to enhance ypur diet and training. I tend to see alot of people neglect the diet. My real point is as body builders and especially natural body builders, dont miss out on your greatest weapon, food.

^^^^^^^^^^ Truth right here it doesnt really matter what you take if you do not have a solid base of nutrition down you will just waste your time.

Unsurprisingly, the older I get, and the slower the gains come, the more crucial I find diet...and supplementation.

I simply cannot get away with the dieting practices now I used to ten years ago. Additionally, appropriate supplementation lets me feel (and see) that I am not just spinning my wheels. When gains are painstakingly slow, this psychological motivation shouldnt be underestimated.

I mean, while this is a supplement forum, I'll agree with this post every time. My diet/training were sub par and I was using supplements to mask them. Now, I spend less on supplements and focus on diet/training. My "stacks" aren't really existing anymore, unless they're dirt cheap ingredients (Caffeine+Yohimbine when cutting).

Sugar is the best anabolic - 30 lbs in 30 days,it's also a main ingredient in your favorite junk food, enjoy and gain..
