Gonna log this after being out of the gym since last summer with a fucking blood clot losing 40lbs of muscle.

31 y/o 6' tall was 185lbs 9% BF 495 deadlift for one. 315 squats 5x5. 110lb dumb bell flat for 3 were my best numbers.
Only fucked with sarms, epiandro and a lil anadrol50.

Baseline blood work:
Test: 904
Free test: 115.3
FSH: 11.7
Sex hormone binding globulin: 35
Albumin: 5.3

Lipids:
Chol: 159
VLDL: 10
HDL: 60
LDL: 89
Total chol/HDL: 2.7

Luteinizing hormone: 9.77

I believe those are all the appropriate #s

Thoughts?

Looks really good bro. Numbers are awesome. 900 test after cycles is actually really high. Especially at 31.
Are you currently running anything?

I'm actually about to start the same cycle myself.
Granted I still have to get my blood work as well as get my wrists fixed up, then i'll be joining you.
I'll be following along!

As for PCT, I'd throw a few natty supps in there to make your time easier. I'd suggest CEL MTEST.

Nope all natty atm, trying to get all I can from muscle memory before I start the cycle, and 10-4 on the MTEST

Okay I dunno wtf is going on, started this cycle Friday night, started working out on Saturday...weighed in at 162lbs...today...170lbs???
 
Alright those last two posts were excitedly quickly written at the gym after I weighed myself. Let me give you a little more detail on how this is going.

So I dunno if I'm a hyper-responder to DMZ or maybe cause I've never taken any real anabolics before, but I'm already feeling this DMZ surging through my veins.

Day 5 and already when I even touch a weight, whatever muscle I'm hitting gets insta-pumped and my skin turns hella red in that area. My wrists/forearms and hands seem to be perma-pumped all day. Shoulder day yesterday I was already able to rep 2 plates on each side of the shoulder press hammer strength for 6-8. That's almost where I was at strength-wise when I was 185lbs at peak strength last summer before I got a blot clot.

About the calorie increase: about 500 morecalories than usual. I've been drinking A LOT more water than usual, it really, really helps with the DMZ knotting up the stomach and that overall feeling of ingesting a toxic compound.

I feel pretty good overall. I'm a supervisor at UPS, it's a very high stress job. I thought this cycle would be making me more irritable at work due to the 900mg epiandro, but honeslty I'm super calm and nothing is overwhelming or stressful. I can just focus on one task at a time and complete it and move to the next.

libido is normal, been fucking my booty call with no issues and jacked off last night just fine. I did notice maybe my orgasm was *slightly* less intense.

Lovin' it right now, but who knows it could all change in the coming weeks if sides begin to rear their ugly head.
 
Quick check in: Saturday I was struggling getting 60lb dumb bells for 8-10 flat bench
Today: 80s for 8, 90s for 5
Wtf is happening.
 
Last week, struggled to row 70lb dumb bells had to drop down in weight for proper form.

Today, rowing 100lb dumb bells for 8 perfect form.
 
1 week in, and experiencing little to no sides... other than my nutz shrinking a bit I feel really good, hella alpha, strong, and my entire body is in a constant state of pumped.

I love this ****. Shouts out to vicious labs for the fire epi and DMZ.
 
405 deadlift for 3 sets of 1 raw; no belt no straps

Nice! For your body weight that's pretty good weight on deadlift! My legs have always been my weak point so squat and deadlift have always lagged behind my bench.
 
Squats today:
First squat day on cycle so no reference point for progress. But the numbers are looking ok.

2 sets 135x10
1 set 185x8
2 sets 225x8
3 sets 275x5

I'm up to 178lbs from 162lbs and I've been eating like ****, def don't feel I've been eating enough, but the gains are inevitable.

I felt the notorious lethargy from the DMZ the past couple weeks but it's fleeting and hardly debilitating. Perhaps that's due to the epiandro pushing through.

Dead lift is up to 455, went up pretty easy.

Squats: 315lbs with ease for reps.

Dumb bell flat: 105lbs for reps

It's been a fun cycle but I'm ready for it to end. I can def feel my blood pressure pulsing in my head and I'm breaking out a bit on my shoulders arms and back. I have cialis to help with the BP and PCT.
 
Are you taking the Cial on cycle and is it helping with BP etc. ?
