Shouldn't this be more specific to micellar casein? Interesting tidbit, back in the day Dr. Scott Connelly wanted to know what made his Met-Rx product so effective. So he went to his formulator Phil Connolly and asked him and he replied it was the addition of micellar casein which wasn't really being used back then.
