Yeah, it was a good day. almost a year ago I was on 95's when I screwed up my shoulder then got a girlfriend and started losing it. but NOW...100s x6 took me to a new level. The meatheads @ my gym are starting to gaze at me and I aint no god damn protein shake.
We can do a pumped one....i'll have my gf take some of me when she comes down this weekend...Saturday i should be doing shoulder/tri or before we head out the gym, Ill do some quick pump sets for my chest..bi and back. Ive been working on my quads but eh, to much hassel even putting them into the routine(I HATE WORKING THEM)...im not gonna bother pumping them up for some pictures sorry but you guys aren't worth it
