cooked vs uncooked dilemma

yeah hard to pick a side .. im not a caveman and i love my cooked meat with seasoning to enjoy.

i think what jon was going with even caveman were cooking the meat once they found out they could just put it over the fire .. i dont he meant it in a way "uncooked" doesnt have any benefits.
