We recommend 50 days on, 50 days off. This is primarily due to health studies that were done with 50 days of continuous supplementation.
Whether dosing daily or workout days only, many have gone over 50 days with good results and no ill effects. That said, we do recommend cycling it in a similar fashion to our bottle recommended 50 on, 50 off.
Bill is really big on athletes using it at 1-2 pills a day for extended periods of time. These lower dosages dont seem to have as pronounced of effects on the physique but do seem quite powerful for athletic performance (strength, pumps, endurance).
