The last shot

I was wondering if anyone had any tips on getting out the last bit of oil out of the bottle. I Try like hell to get out everything I can but I still feel like I'm leaving a good bit in there.
 
Pump the vial with a ****load of air. Turn the vial upside side pull on the syringe until yu could only see the tip of it at the rubber and extract as much if it as yu can
