The Last Emperor

It's mainly a Mediator Phosphatidic Acid product.

The main thing to keep in mind is that the Arachidonic Acid in it is a 10% since its in a regular capsule, so that's 1,500 mg. Arachidonic Acid powder std. for 10% ARA, so the active amount of ARA is only 150 mg.

That's not meant negative towards them, that's just all you can get in a capsule product. The powder is 10% whereas the oil is 40%; that's why we use softgels for X-Gels.

ПHello Has anyone already tried the last emperor from Apollo Nutrition? Share the results

I ran it for two months a few months back (I picked it up on a black friday sale last year). It was good and as might be expected the results were about what you would see from running a product where, as has been pointed out, the main ingredient is Mediator Phosphatidic Acid (which I'm a fan of)

I had never taken Turkesterone but have taken epicatechin and Arachidonic Acid products before. What I didn't like is the fact that the epicatechin dosage is about 50% of what most products carry per daily dosage and, as also previously addressed, the amount of actual arachidonic acid that you'll be getting is minimal.

Personally I would have rather seen them drop the arachidonic acid and instead double up the epicatechin dosage.

Was it good? Sure, but was it worth the additional money, $85 vs. $50 for SNS Phosphatidic Acid (at DPS)? That I'm not sure of. If someone has never taken any of these ingredients before I would recommend running them solo first (starting with Phosphatidic Acid).

If you've tried all of these ingredients before (and like Turkesterone) then it will probably be worth the money since $85 is going to be a lot less than buying a bottle of a Phosphatidic Acid supplement and a second bottle of Turkesterone).

If you don't like Turkesterone, or don't believe that it works, then no, it probably won't be worth the money and you may as well just stick to a solo Phosphatidic Acid supplement.
